It was the perfect location for us because it was by the train station. The host was very easy to communicate with and very nice. The room was very comfortable and the balcony was nice to look out on after the sun went down! Bed was comfortable. AC did take a while to cool the room down but all in all it was great! Can’t think of anything

Close to train station. Very clean, comfy bed. Had hot water kettle but No coffee or tea or cups? No bottles of water & no cups for water. No small fridge. No extra toilet paper - we ran out.

Location was great if you need to be close to train station. Shower head needs some repairs in one of the rooms we stayed in, the corner one facing the main plaza.

The location is perfect, the apartment is somhow clean , but without so many facilities, no hair dryer , no tea , water and coffee, to sum up it was acceptable for one night stay , the owner was helping, and gave me the room before 2 pm which I appreciate

Nice art and bed linen, clean, good location. Shower trays badly fitted so that water spilled out all over bathroom floors. Kettle provided, but no crockery, coffee, tea or sugar. No bottled water provided. No breakfast.

It was clean and it was close to the station which is what we wanted for the following morning. Difficult to gain access. We didn’t see anybody but the owner tried to be helpful on the mobile. There were no cups for a drink, no coffee or tea facilities, and the website photos were misleading. The sink stopper was broken and water ran away. We felt let down.

The location was excellent. Room a good size with very comfortable bed. Very helpfully assisted by Antonella. Fascilities in room not what was advertised. Kettle did not work, safe out of order, no coffee maker, cups or glasses. We were given papercups when we asked.

We wanted somewhere close to Centrale train station that was clean and comfortable and this was idea

Close to the train station and metro. There was a beeping voice during the whole night.

The proximity to the train station and the air conditioning were both good.

It got the job done, gave us a place to sleep for the night. That was pretty much the end of the redeeming qualities. First it was hard to find (there is the TINIEST plaque outside the door, not even a real sign). We couldn't get in when we arrived as no one was there and no instructions were provided. We called and WhatsApp messaged the owner and he did not respond. We only got in because someone happened to come out after we had been there standing in the dark with our luggage for about 10 minutes. Then the unit we were told was on the first floor, was actually up FOUR flights of stairs. We never would have booked had we known that we were lied to and we would be dragging our luggage up four flights of stairs. Then once we finally got to the unit the lock was loose so the safety was questionable and upon entering the unit was horribly hot, humid, smelled truly awful, and was full of bugs. They had the window, without a screen, open and no AC on in summer. Upon trying to close the window it was stuck and upon trying to turn the AC on the power button was not working. We contacted the landlord who was extremely rude and just snapped at us stating "The window closes like any window and the AC turns on like any AC." (Direct quote). First of all, the window was not a standard window, &it was old and stuck. Second the power was not working on the AC. It took us a while to finally get the window to close and AC turn on and then kill as many bugs as we could. However, we still had to spend the night getting eaten by mosquitos. When we went into the bedroom, we were then disgusted to find that the sheets were dirty, with suspicious stains visible on even the top. When we contacted the landlord asking if there were clean sheets somewhere we could put on the bed, we received no answer. He did of course harass us about 6 times however about the $6 fee we needed to leave in the room (which we assured him we would leave over & over).
