The host was very nice and the communication was perfect. Even though I reached the property after 20:00 o'clock and missed the check-in time, they were very understanding and canceled the late check-in charge. I highly recommend it.

It was outside of the busy and touristy area. It was cute and had all of the amenities that we needed. The shower could have been cleaner

The property was located in the center of Naples and had all the necessary amenities. Bonus the croissants and brioches everyday for breakfast, plus a well stocked up refrigerator and pantry with breakfast items. The AC could have been a bit cooler when more people occupy a room.

Great apartmert to explore Napoli. The apartment itself is clean and nice with the shared kitchen between three other rooms. Metro station is nearby but we mostly walk. Very tasty croissants are served for the breakfast. We were worried about the parking, but the recommended garage which is just 100-150m from the hotel was perfect. The place is highly recomended for the families with the kids.

Nice and new room, comfortable bed. Perfect location close to underground station. Owner is very friendly and can help with a lot of tasks. Nice building. Light in the kitchen, very bad kitchen equipment.

Very nice place, the owner is very helpful. Everything was great, room clean, breakfast good, all you need for a city break în room. The locations near Subway. Very easy to acces to port to train, we visit sorrento, capri, pompei. -

Excellent! The best conditions for Naples, located in Arenella, close to the luxurious Vomero, from the moment you enter Villa Italia you are greeted by a beautiful garden. BB DonMimi is far above the Naples average, excellent price-quality ratio, fully equipped common kitchen and very welcoming dining room, excellent Italian breakfast, room and bathroom fully equipped with quality components. Congratulations Massimo and mom for your customer care and professionalism, keep it up. Very good idea with the payment at the location, the previous trip, to Madrid, two days before, being for me a total fiasco booking.com doubling the payment and remaining without a consistent amount for more than 14 days.
