Super clean and friendly staff. Dario and Giovani were great. Airport service was excellent and on time. Nothing.

There is no electricity next to bed but except that everything was great

The room was clean and comfortable, we had fresh breakfast every morning from the nearby bakery and Mr. Dario the owner explained us everything we need to know around the city, all with a smile, a total 10/10 experience :)

Smells good Check out experience Unfortunately, this was not a comfortable stay. Parking was not available, and the elevator was out of service, which meant we had to carry all of our luggage up several flights of stairs. The rooms are also not soundproof, and throughout the night we could clearly hear staff talking loudly in the corridors, making it difficult to get proper rest. After a very long day of driving, we arrived late and were hoping to sleep in the next morning. However, at around 8:00 AM, staff knocked on our door to deliver a croissant. While the gesture may have been well-intended, all we wanted was some uninterrupted sleep. Later, there was another knock regarding check-out, which added to the disturbance. On a positive note, the check-out experience was pleasant. The staff were courteous, luggage assistance was offered, and the departure process was smooth and professional. Overall, while the check-out left a good impression, the stay itself was far from relaxing. Due to the noise, interruptions, lack of parking, and non-functioning elevator, I cannot say that the accommodation provided a comfortable guest experience.

It was clean Too small for the price

We were a family with kids for our Easter holidays in Naples for a week (and even more). The apartment was nice, in a typical local building and very good location. It should be pointed out that we were extremely positively impressed in all aspects by the warm reception of the staff - Dario and other clerks, as well as by the fantastic breakfast including croissants, marmalade, butter, juice and (of course) Italian coffee! The only problem that we met was the temperature of the water in the bathroom- often, it was going more and more hot or more and more cold, but very rarely succeeded to have just a warm water for the time under the shower …

The room is not as described, we did not received split level room, fold out beds.

A very nice studio in an inner courtyard building with an elevator and a wide stairway. The front lobby features a check-in desk and a reception office. It’s clean, smartly designed, and includes a well-equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom. The manager and staff are wonderful. Once you learn how to navigate Naples with ease, you’ll realize the full potential of the location; it offers quick access to the port and convenient connections to get anywhere in the city, all within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Room wasn't what we thought we had booked.. We thought we had a split level room with Queen bed and sofa bed. Instead we had sofa bed and camp bed. Whilst it was good value, beds were not comfortable. However from a base to explore Naples and Pompei the accomodation suited us.

Location was amazing! The room was very convenient for it's price and getting breakfast in the morning is definitely a plus. Staff was super friendly The room is great for 3 people, for 4 people it felt a bit cramped since it only has 1 bathroom. But the reality is all in all it was a great stay.

Nice position, view of gulf ,very friendly owner and great breakfast in room in the morning

The breakfast is a great add-on. The host was very nice, gave us a city map and explained where to go and visit and eat. There is a nice terrace outside where you can eat. No coffee machine, no sugar, salt, or oil. Little space for a family of 4. For 2 nights, it was ok. Maybe when the room will be finished, it will feel more cosy (we booked a room in two levels, but then we were announced we'll get this one, because of technical reasons :) )

Absolutely nothing good to say! It was awful! This place is not what the pictures show it to be. It is so hard to get there. The parking people overcharged us. The AC did not work. The place was smelly and full of flies outside so we couldn’t open the windows to get any air. In the morning there was construction going on and dust coming in. My husband that has lung problems could not breathe. The breakfast consisted of crackers, some packaged snacks and the worst coffee! As if all this was not enough as we are showering and getting dressed in the morning the owner would not stop knocking on the door. We left the next day although we had paid for 3 nights.
