Daniella is honestly the best. Supper attentive and went out of her way to make us feel at home rather than a hotel. Beds are supper comfortable. Spotless. Location is beyond amazing in the best area. Nothing

The hotel location is amazing and the concept is cozy. Daniela the owner, was amazing ,so helpful. All great

I like the coffee machine, easy to use! The bathroom and the toilet are separate, very nice and clean.

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was great. Transportation to the airport was scheduled as we requested. Great dining was a very short walk from the rooms. People in the area were kind, friendly and helpful. Out the door take a left walk across the street to a small coffee shop for the best cappuccino and tart I ever had First travelers to Napoli italy understand that the city is ancient. We rented two rooms one room was at the top of a winding staircase and was extremely difficult to navigate with luggage so keep that in mind when booking. Next the picture of the building on bookings website is not an accurate representation of the building.

Everything. The location, the historic building. The wonderful host. Daniela knows and loved the city. Gave us an excellent service and great advicec where to eat and where to go.

The door didn’t have an additional security lock. Additionally, the door had an exterior number lock, allowing access to the room. Our key was left on the front desk, with no staff present after 7pm. If you’re a single woman I do not recommend you to stay in this place. The shower had a weird small coming out of the drain.

Very nice place, close to the long beach, close to the Chiaia area, close to one of the most famous pizzeria. The views from the balconies are nice, including a typical street, and a little bit of the beach. The location for the breakfast is a very nice bar (but a relative limited choice for the standard breakfast). With an impressive choice of products for other moments of the day, in particular whiskies. Private, monitored parking inside the garden of the Palazzo (for money, but in Napoli, a good parking has a lot of value). Good service , good modern equipments (bathroom, kitchen,...) Good air conditionning (it was a very hot period) Minor details : We had two rooms, one of them was less comfortable due to an almost vertical scale to access the main room and a lack of light. (but I want to come back anyway)

Location I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience left us deeply disappointed. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was not as advertised. The building itself is in very bad shape—run-down, poorly maintained, and in serious need of repairs. Cracked walls, peeling paint,—it felt more like an abandoned property than a functioning bed and breakfast. Room 103 is very hard to get to with any luggage, you have to go up these very narrow and tall stairs and drag your luggage up the steps one piece at a time. I don’t see how an elderly or disabled person could get to this room? The AC did not work and there was a heat wave. Our family was miserable trying to sleep in the heat. We could not even open the window because there were so many mosquitos outside and in our room biting us. The whole reason we booked this room is because the property has air conditioning. The room felt claustrophobic with the heat and could have turned into an emergency. We reached out to the host on WhatsApp and below is their response. “we have never had any problems, maybe it takes longer due to the heat, I suggest you close the door that leads to the corridor.” The hosts was dismissive when we raised concerns, showing little interest in resolving any issues. There was not any warm or hot water if you want to take a shower. Unfortunately, this stay fell far short of even basic expectations. We left early and would not recommend this place to others. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and makes some much-needed improvements.

The location was great, and our host Daniella was very accommodating and helpful. It was well decorated, and the bed was comfortable. There was a strong smell from the drains in the bathroom. You can hear the noise from others in the corridor.
