Everything is out standing. This hotel is providing 5 star resort services but only charge a motels price. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I'd recommend to anyone is looking for a high standard service, comfortable bed and rooms. Air conditioning is very good! Highly recommend. Nothing

Proximity to Piazza Garibaldi from where most guided tours start. Hotel was clean, well maintained, and the room was quiet. Front desk staff (Gracie, Carmen, Alyssia) were very helpful, resourceful, and efficient.

The breakfast was varied, nourishing, and delicious. We especially appreciated the staff who welcomed us each time we walked in the door. We were given good advice regarding visiting Napoli for the first time. We enjoyed chatting with the staff and sharing information regarding each others’ cultures. We felt at home!

Everyone at this newer hotel was very friendly and accommodating, from luggage storage to umbrellas on a rainy evening. The hotel has a nice contemporary feel and the accommodations were very comfortable. Breakfast was a nice treat! The location is within the historic center and close to the train station, which was very helpful for sightseeing and travel connections.

They do a great job of making it personal and caring about each guest. The staff is really excellent and wants to help in any way the guest want them to. Kindness, welcoming, delightful staff! The location is easy from the main train station as well as subway or other methods to get around. The room was good size but the windows have no screens and are tucked in so even opening does not give any circulation, and the bugs come in, so best to keep them closed. the a/c is okay, but the system errored out a couple of times in my room. Access is super simple as no keys are required since they use a touch pad for hotel entry as well as to your room. Wifi was good throughout and breakfast was really just right. I'm not a "big buffet breakfast" person, and this gave me what I needed to make the day start and go well without being hungry. Alicia and Marcella (?) at the front desk were such a joy and I just really appreciate coversations and interactions with them. They are delightful. The a/c had errors and I'm glad to have been there before it was too hot, although I like a room that is below 21º and the unit could not do that. Without screens, I can't have windows open at night or will be bit alive!

The hotel and room were relaxing, clean, updated and modern. The dining are was clean and the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of hot food, pastries, and fruits offered. The front desk employees, Alessia and Grace, were warm, friendly, professional, and so helpful. They gave us recommendations for places to visit in town and were friendly in conversation. We would stay here again for future trips. N/A

Like new facility with comfortable beds and a good breakfast.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms, although a bit small were comfortable, as were the bathrooms. Thecshower/water pressure was good. The beds were very comfortable as well. There could be more storage, ie a small shelf or two in the bathroom for toiletries. Location was not great.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful! They stored our bags before the room was ready and also called us a cab for our early airport transit! They even packed us a lovely breakfast for the airport. We would 11/10 stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff, great location and a modern, sophisticated hotel

It was very clean and comfortable and freshly updated. The staff was very helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the cappuccino, fresh fruit, and the Ricotta Cake. Easy walk to the train station. Nothing.

The window from our room was small and did not have natural light during the day. The view was dissappointing

Great rooms — large, modern, and clean. The hotel staff is lovely, friendly, and always willing to help. Descent breakfast included. Highly recommend.

Location was great. Right in the middle of the city. The room had a strange smell.

The hotel is sparklingly clean, bright and comfortable. The front desk staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Truly delightful. The room was spacious and comfortable. A great stay. I would certainly stay here again.

Location was great for our 1 night in naples to tour city, go to to pompeii and then take train to Rome! Breakfast was great and staff super friendly For February though the room was a bit stuffy and couldn't figure out how to cool room down but for 1 night we weren't bothered.

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa D Hotel immensely, especially as the location was close to both Napoli Centrale and the Circumvesuviano train station at Potre Nolana to Pompeii and Heraculeum. Each staff member we met was exceptionally pleasant and quite helpful. We loved the breakfast each morning too. Our room exceeded our expectations, and we spent more time in the room than expected because of that. Overall Casa D Hotel was a great destination for four nights in Napoli. Nothing
