Location, breakfast was great, sitting area was nice and reception was amazing! Bathroom was located outside our room . No warm water, no wine glasses or wine bottle opener.

The breakfast was very basic. The hostess Gracia is very nice and helpful.

The room is spacious with big bathroom. The location is very convenient, close to almost everything.

What we liked: the location - close to the old center of Napoli, the dimension and cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the utilities, the small kitchenette (with a microwave, fridge, some cutlery, useful for a longer stay, 2 bottles of water offered every day); the rooms are in an old building which was renovated but still has the original paintings and details, creating an authentic atmosphere. The staff is nice and helpful, we even received a city map and useful information. Napoli is a very busy and noisy city but we felt none of these in the room, as it was really quiet and cosy. What we disliked: the breakfast - consisting only of sweet products ( croissants, juice, sweet yoghurt, cake, fruits). No milk, ham, cheese, eggs or anything not sweet; the shower - the placement of the shower makes it difficult to shower without wetting one's hair

Location is very central with close access to tube station. Our room for 3 was spacious and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Breakfast could offer a bit more variety but that’s me being picky.

Love how central the hotel is. That the hotel is located on same narrow and very dark at night roads.

The room was good, the bathroom great. The breakfast good, the breakfast room was great, the elevator good, the whole place very clean. The location was not so good - motorcycles racing all night infront of the building.

Near metro The bikes that were right outside all day and night, the noise horrendous. Very dangerous for walking, traffic outside very narrow streets or pavements!!

Close to the metro (3-4 minutes) and main tourists roads, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom. I like the disco light in the bathroom ? there was a mini fridge. Daily cleaning

We’ll appointed rooms and facilities It’s hard to find particularly if driving, the actual street is a small lane off a small street. Once you’ve been there it’s obvious but first time with traffic can be a challenge so research before and don’t just rely on google
