The location is great, less than a 10-minute walk from the central station. The room is well equipped, featuring a mini fridge, table and chair, TV, AC, and a small balcony with a clothesline for drying clothes, very typical of Naples. The property is located on the third floor and has an elevator, which is very convenient. The breakfast is basic but includes everything you need. The only thing we missed was a soap holder in the shower, which I mentioned directly to the administration, and they accepted the suggestion very positively. I hope to come back soon!

The host is very nice and accommodating. The room is spacious. WiFi is good and AC is strong. The balcony view is nice!

The entrance is a bit hard to notice and the elevator is too small if you come with luggage. Also when you first enter the building, its a bit scary

Emanuela is extremely kind and helpful from the beginning to the end. She is always available by WhatsApp and gave me awesome tip. Nice breakfast and she was helpful even when we were late and had a last minute booking. Nothing. Place is safe.

Easy check-in, friendly and responsive staff. Great location nearby the train station and metro hub. Decently clean. Breakfast was a croissant, yogurt cup, and several dry options. They had juice and we were served caffe. Pain inducing, horribly uncomfortable mattress. We lost sleep and woke up with pain in the morning. The towels stunk badly, did not smell clean. No mattress protector and stains on pillows had us feeling uncomfortable about the hygiene standards.

Location very near train station. The place needs fix few problems, shower head, beds, breakfast I don’t recommend. The cleaning could be better.

Emy is a very sweet host that goes out of the way to make you feel at home! I even needed a sewing needle and she made sure to get it for me! The accommodation is great and very clean

Our host Emmanuela welcomed us with great hospitality! She recommended us the best places in Naples. Everyone involved in stay in this BnB were very kind and warm which made us feel like we were home. You definitely will enjoy your stay here. I will stay at EmyJo again when I come back to Naples.

the people at the bnb were very helpful and super nice. the building might come off as a bit run down but the room was really big and cozy and comfortable. definitely recommend

I've never met such sweet hosts! They were very accommodating, they even held our luggage for free when we checked out :) Excellent, practical location close to the Garibaldi station. The beds were very comfortable, I loved that the room had two big beds. Definitely recommend staying here :)
