ES Suites

Location - was central to ALL restaurants and other services, i.e. markets, transit, water front, etc. Also, the bed was great - great nights of sleep. Only negative was no lift (elevator), however, the ES Suites is on the second floor so only one flight of stairs to manage.

The location was just perfect for me, all main attractions are within 15-20 min by walking, there is also a metro station nearby. Very easy to get to the ES suites and check in. Many thanks to Eugenio for recommendations for breakfast, dinner and being helpful with any other questions that I had. He even reserved a table for me, it was very nice. It was my first visit to Naples, definitely will choose ES suites when visiting next time. All was perfect, the only small concern that I had was noise at nights on Friday and Saturday, when people where partying outside, but I think this is the issue of all city centers)) None

Clean, central

The layout and design of the room is super cute and trendy. Loved the stairway. It was a beautiful room. Property manager were very caring and responsive and helpful. They checked up on me when I was out. And kept communication up until I was able to check in due to trip delays. The gentleman that showed us the room even helped me find near by parking so I wouldn’t have to pay at the garage. The stairs entering in the building from the main door is very high. It was hard to go up and down in. Especially when you had to carry luggage’s. There was no lift available. Stairs is there only way in and out. Also, we didn’t realize until night, that the tiny street that it’s on. Is a major party ally way for teenagers. When we came home around 10pm on a Saturday there were hundreds of kids packed in the ally way partying. The noise and music went until very late in the night and we had front row seats to it. But on Sunday it was quiet and nice.

Great location, very convenient. The director was kind and made an effort to help us solve any issues we encountered. It was not very convenient that the bathroom on the ground floor and the bedroom upstairs. The fridge was upstairs and not in the kitchen. There was an issue with the bathroom where the smell was quite intense but since we were only staying for three nights, we didn’t pay attention to that particular issue. Not sound proof and there was a lot of noice from the street.

Very well located. Big bed on mezzanine floor; balcony, air conditioning, Netflix, superb bathroom Heavy beatbox sounds at night from outside - but this is Naples and I guess it's totally to find anywhere very quiet!

Amazing apartment - luxurious, clean, spacious and new. None

Big room with 2 levels. On first floor it was the bathroom, a sofa, TV and coffee maker. Top floor was the bed, sofa, desk, refrigerator, TV and dresser. Lovely calm design. All clean and comfortable. In walking distance to supermarket and Gesu Nuovo. Kind and helpful staff with good communication over WhatsApp. Good value for money. The AC didn't work and the room was a little cold, but the staff brought us blankets and the next day they brought 2 electric heaters. I appreciate that because it was the last day of the year and didn't expect to get deliveries over. On the top floor the telephone signal is low. Keep in mind that the room has stair inside and also the acces to the location is with strairs. Also the communication via WhatsApp can be a little annoying for some people, but keep in mind they only want to make you feel ok during your stay. Not a lovely view outside but you are close to the important points of attraction. The sound proofing is not that great.

Great location as well as the place itself. Very very nice place to stay and the host was very kind and giving us tips. He also responded very quick when we had a question via WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great

The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. He also went above and beyond to assist us when we ran into an issue. It was an outstanding experience. There were a lot of stairs. Not a complaint just a note. We just took our time and made up and down with our luggage just fine.

Lovely and spacious, very clean and fantastic location.

The room itself was nice and spacious. The host almost started an argument with us the very second we arrived because we didn’t answered the texts he send us and was very rude. No hospitality at all. We will not come here again.
