Shared kitchen, no microwave

Good check-in. We had trouble locating the actual entrance but had the WhatsApp contact from the B&B and she was very helpful navigating us to the right spot. Voucher for continental breakfast can be used at a local cafe, about a 5 minute walk, and it's a great place! Nice atmosphere and good coffee. Double bed was fine, but the third bed was not very comfortable for our son.

Breakfast was not what we expected. So, we bought our own breakfast at the nearby market.

The apartments are located on the main street which can be noisy at times but we didn't mind that since we didn't spent much time in the room. It is a bit hard to find it but Natasha was really helpful and provided clear instructions upon arriving. There is a grocery store in the next building which was really helpful for us. Breakfast was OK, not a lot of options to chose from but enough for few days. If you intent to use rent-a-car its tricky because there a no parking spaces in the vicinity, you have to drive around the blocks few times to find a parking spot. The room is nice but pretty basic, since there is enough space we would appreciate a bigger table or a couch.

Second time I’ve stayed here and it’s extremely comfortable, clean and ideally situated for the Old Town and Ferry Terminal and close to the the shopping district. Nothing

The location close to ferry terminal and other tourist areas is great. Supermarket close by. Girabaldi station a 30 min walk or Toledo subway 10 mins away. A bit noisy with traffic and upstairs but that's Naples. A busy city.

Everything was really nice and convenient! It was clean, had hot running water, toiletries, plenty of towels, a nice atmosphere and was super close to the centre. The owner, Natasha, was also very accommodating, understanding and friendly. I would definitely stay there again! The mattress was a little uncomfortable for me, but maybe I just wasn't used to it.

Natasha, the property manager, is excellent! She keeps the place impeccable and as soon as any problem arises she is very proactive. The staff at the cafe had different opinions on how the breakfast vouchers worked. Therefore, they seemed annoyed and at times unfriendly. The property manager addressed the issue, but nevertheless it was an uncomfortable situation.

This place is very close to the heart of the city. We loved the location. The room was quite enough for 3 people but I wouldnt recommend the same room for 4 people. We were out all day and just come back for sleep so in this position I can say that the room can be enough. One of the things I loved is , the room was cleaned after 2 days and towels were changed. You get tickets for breakfast at the one of the cafe which is very close to the place. The breakfast is 1 drink and 1 croissant or similiar pastries. We were happy at all. There is also another cafe at the opposite of the street, there you can find much more delicious varities. There is one point you should consider while booking, outside can be noisy which is normal because it's middle of the centre. But if you're a type of person who prefers silence for sleep then it can be a bit difficult. But no matter what, we were quite satisfied with our stay at Fili. The owner Natasha was very helpful and was punctual with our meeting hour to deliver the keys. She doesnt know english but can understand and willing for good with communication. I managed to lock the bathroom door at the end of our stay. It'd be better if it can be fixed.

Location was perfect!

Good location, clean room. We don't have warm water. The water was 10 sec Hot and 30 sec cold. That is not good and we have this problem two days.

We found Fili comfortable and convenient to the city of Naples. All good

Very well located, close from the center and touristic points. Free coffee and water in the kitchen. For the breakfast we were given vouchers to use in a cafe nearby with delicious pastries options. The owner was super nice and responsive. We will come back :) Nothing, everything was nice
