Great hotel with amazing staff, rooms and breakfast. A little further from the city centre than we expected but it was only 5 min in a taxi.

My stay was exceptional, especially the staff and their service. Amazing views from the dining room and the terrace - I stayed only one night and will definitely come back. I accidentally left an item behind and the staff was very helpful and prompt in arranging a FedEx delivery. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were excellent throughout, particularly the gentleman working in the sixth-floor restaurant with the terrace, whose service was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were very good. My only real criticism was the pricing of drinks. Before dinner, our boys ordered three Coke Zeros on the rooftop terrace and the bill came to €42 – €14 for a 250ml bottle. A Negroni was also €22. I fully expect premium prices at a five-star hotel, but these felt excessive even by the standards of luxury hotels in London, Dubai or across Europe. It gave the impression that guests were being overcharged rather than paying a fair premium for the setting. Aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel. If the pricing policy were a little more reasonable, it would have been close to faultless.

The breakfast was absolutely incredible, The view was gorgeous and the air-conditioning was a powerful and sweet relief in the heat of July.

THIS HOTEL EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS . From the moment you enter. The staff, the artwork, the beautiful decor was something truly special. The staff were exceptional. The views from the Hotel are magnificent.
