La posizione dell'alloggio è strategica sia per i mezzi pubblici che per i siti di interesse. La piazza è trafficata ma con edifici storici eleganti. Le camere sono in un palazzo all'apparenza poco curato, ma l'alloggio dentro è pulito e ordinato, anche se con scarso spazio per i loro depositi. C'è del personale che accoglie e per chi viaggia da sola/o è molto gradevole. Se si avvisa per tempo, è possibile lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check out, grande opportunità se si riparte sul tardi. La camera è pulita, fresca, con bagno funzionale. Anche se il traffico è notevole, i doppi vetri isolano bene dal rumore; una tenda oscurante permette di mantenere agevolmente il buio in camera. Frigorifero in camera utile con il caldo feroce e bollitore; aria condizionata ottima. Esperienza positiva. Sebbene ufficialmente la camera sia indicata da tre, è troppo piccola perché effettivamente sia adeguata per questo numero. Qualche piccola disattenzione nella preparazione, ma niente che pregiudicasse il valore dell'alloggio.

I’ve stayed here once before. Very good value for money. A huge and always spotlessly clean room, good bedding and towels. Good AC. Perfect location, right in the centre. On a busy road but no noise at all from outside. Best thing was the lovely warm Neapolitan welcome and hospitality from all the staff. Nothing

Nice central location close to the metro. Room was bright and modern and came with all the facilities you’d want. Breakfast was provided in a nearby cafe that included one Croissant and Cafe of your choice, we were fine with that. There was noice from the streets during the night, but you have to expect this from a Mediterranean city like Napoli if you’re staying somewhere in the vibrant Centre. We could also check in 1.5 hours in advance and check out 30 minutes later! You needed for different keys to access the property, one of which was barely working. I’d suggest at least swapping the affected lock or installing a keypad system after all.

Great location for easy walk ability around the city and proximity to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful with meeting us at the property upon arrival to tell us what we needed to know for our stay. She even arranged our airport taxi for early the next morning. The property felt safe and secure. Good WiFi. No lift available and there are quite a few stairs to navigate with luggage. There is a hot water pot with tea available. A few packets of instant coffee would have been a nice addition. Breakfast wasn’t available until 7:30. A bit noisy as there is a bar/restaurant and a busy street below.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Lovely big room and bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Good AC and WiFi. On a busy road but no noise at all from outside. Breakfast in a nearby cafe, perfect. I had to check in late. I had a lovely warm Neapolitan welcome (that only Neapolitans are capable of) from Marica via WhatsApp and from Arianna in person. Will stay here again when I return. Forza Napoli Sempre!? Nothing

The room was spacious The location was very poor. Didn't seem like a very safe area. It wasn't a B&B but merely a room in a private flat - no reception area - no formal entrance from the street. Need to go through a private back alley. No breakfast / dining room - when asked about the so called included breakfast we were offered vouchers for a coffee and croissant at a very under rated cafe down the road. No tourist restaurants close by. The toilet was leaking. The room was very damp. No windows to open. The window in the room opened into a building equipment storage cage. The mattresses and pillows were thin. Only 1 pillow per bed and no additional bedding in the room.

The location is very good, close to everything. The breakfast is in a nearby Cafe. Ok, not fabulous. What is great is Jessica, who manages the house. She provides vip support ! A little noisy from guests with families.
