Apparently there is a room that is not with a bathroom in the same space, so you have to leave the room to go to it. Additionally, not related to the hotel. Napoli is not a safe place, do not recommend it.

Cute place in the center of Naples. Clean. I would love to come back again! Nothing, everything was fine.

Perfect location, near main street but not loud. Cozy room, flexible and available staff Toilette shower need to be repaired

The hotel is very centrally located and offers a good breakfast consisting of yogurt, croissants, cereal, fruit and coffee from a moka pot. The rooms are spacious. Please note that this hotel is CASH ONLY. This is not immediately clear in the Booking listing and was not mentioned once (not once) during our five-day stay. It was not until our bags were packed and we were leaving on the last day, rushing to make our ferry, that we were stopped and told we owed, in cash, for the entire week's stay. We were thus required to run to an ATM, which made us late. In addition, there were many things inside the room that were in ill repair. For example, our bathroom doorknob fell off thus locking us out of our bathroom for an entire night, the overhead light didn't work, the shower head dripped constantly, the stair to the loft was extremely wobbly, etc. I would not stay here again.

Very good

Good location We said we would arrive between 5-6pm. Got a message (whilst on the plane) that somebody would be there for 4:30pm and we should let them know if we are 'late'. Responded that we would arrive around 5:30 as estimated but there was nobody there at that time. Was solved with a quick call and a 15 minute wait - so ok overall...

The accommodation has a good location. The man at the reception was nice. The owner of the accommodation wrote to us during our stay and was interested in whether everything was OK or if we needed anything. It was nice of her. We did not like the specificity of flushing the toilet.

The service was very good Especially the young man:Lazar!!!!

Armond was awesome and very helpful. He showed us around the B&B, and help with questions about directions within the city. He helped us book a taxi to the Naples Central train station for our early departure on Friday. The location of the B&B was great for getting to the Ferry port for our trip to Capri. We had trouble locating the B&B having never been to Naples. The taxi driver from the central train station dropped us off on the Main Street( Monteoliveto) but not the right side street where MareLuna is located (one street over). With the help of local people we found your place. We didn’t have access to our Wi-Fi to look up the location on our phones.

great location, friendly staff clean and spacey room 1.mediocre breakfast with no salty options. 2.bathroom communicates with the main room through a transparent (glass) door.No privacy

The room was new, huge and very confortable, like a duplex appartment with sofa cama at other floor. Bathroom even if external and not attached to the room, was as well big and confortable. The room and common places very clean. The staff Lazar has been anytime very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple but good. Location is amazing, in the hearth of the city two minutes walking to Spaccanapoli and via Tribunali, five minutes walking to Quartieri Spagnoli and Maradona graffiti.

Location, customer service External private toilet, no kettle in the kitchen left (as I need coffee at night)

value for the money, very close to Old Town general conditions of the room, however value for the money

Stay was fine. It was a bit expensive for the kind of room we got. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area and building have a bit of a dodgy feel to them; not that anything dodgy happened. The entrance to the building is in a small side street and wasn't the easiest to find. I say this, but it was fine and we were treated well and felt safe.

Great location, close to main attractions and in the heart of Naples, staff very friendly. The room very big and with two beds. I would return to this B&B for my next stay. Everything was excellent expecisally considering the price we paid. The breakfast could be improved, that's the only small suggestion I can make.

Great location! Tasty, small and sweet italian breakfast with good coffee. Very helpful and really nice staff, for which I added additional point in our rate for the stay (it'd be 6/10) Doors to bathroom are half-transparent and don't close, just cover the entrance, so you can hear everything from inside, so using it was quite uncomfortable. The flush was sometimes hard to use and tap was leaking, generally bathroom needs renovation. Bed was a little uncomfortable. We stayed in room with blue walls, maybe other rooms are much better looking by reviews.
