Naples in general was not what we expected. The graffiti on the buildings and trash on the streets took away from the surrounding environment. The street-level entrance was not well-maintained and the cage around the elevator was dirty and dusty. However, once you reached the actual apartment, it was surprisingly nice and clean!

Great location. Owner was lovely and was easy to contact Very loud at nights with music until early hours of the morning. Had people knocking on our door confused with what room was theirs and try to unlock our door with their own keys, pretty frightening for two girl travellers late at night.

the staff were really friendly and accommodating. felt very secure being a female solo traveller. there was quite a bit noise from the street which could be heard in the room and on the Friday night load music from a nearby street could be heard until 4am. I was pretty exhausted from being busy all day so none of it actually stopped me from sleeping well.

it was super clean, the staff is amazing , they really care for you and wants you to have amazing vacation! I didn’t got such a good service a long time now, I’m glad to give them 5/5 stars! and hope I’ll could visit again. nothing, the breakfast is simple but was included but it was ok , still 10/10

The property was well located in centro storico. A good breakfast was offered in the mornings and the room was very modern and comfortable. The Wi-Fi did not work well in the room however it worked well in the common area.
