The air conditioning wasn’t working and too noisy

There was mold in the shower and no kitchen or hot plate so we had to eat out every night

We did not like the Sofa Bed at all.

Great room in a great location on a correct price, yes its possibe go to Molo5! The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the frige and the clima is working. Ships, metro, buses, in the near. We had a really good time here. The owner was so kind, I'm so thankfull.

Good location, close to the sea port and metro 5 minutes walk. The main attractions of the old town are within walking distance. It is difficult to set a comfortable water temperature in the shower. The water flows cold or very hot.

Location

Location is great! Near the subway train. But you can also reach the center by foot if you love to walk. It was cool to check in all by yourself, the staff will send the procedure, & it's very easy. Very quiet place, i would reccomend! Wi-fi is not working but it's ok for we have stayed only for a night. Maybe they should change the shower, but no problem also. All in all it was good.

Molo5 was exactly was we needed for a quick one night stay near the port of Naples. The room was very clean, and had all the basic necessities. Communication was great for arriving to get the keys. We came by ferry and they were able to meet us at whichever time we arrived. Right by the shuttle for the airport as well as the port. Grazie!

Very comfortable location: bus from the airport stops 5 min walking, there are two metro stations just nearby and it is next to the port. It had everything we needed and was spacious.

Convenient location for easy access to the port. We stayed for one night and managed to get on the first ferry to Capri to avoid the crowds. Room was comfy and good size. Price was good and some nice local restaurants nearby. Need to make sure you contact the host before you arrive so that they can meet you to let you in.

I like how the roo was clean and smells good.And property is near to the seaport where its easy to catch a boat to Capri. And the host was super nice

Room was big, bed very comfortable, very good option if you arrive at night and don't want to stop with the bus from the airport in the train station since this room is less than 5 min by foot from the Alibus stop in the Port. There is no reception, and you have to arrange the exact moment you arrive so the owner is there to open the door. What I find a bit annoying specially if you arrive at night. This is very common in the area.

The location was great. Very good access to the city and the ferry port. The host was very nice, accommodating and very easily reachable by Whatsapp. There was an elevator which fit our large stroller. The host kindly provided a cot for our daughter at an additional cost of 10 EUR. Some small issues: The shower enclosure wasn't installed properly and water would flow out a little onto the bathroom floor. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but acceptable. The key to the room is not particularly secure (similar to a key from a toilet) and visitors from other rooms could in theory very easily get in. There is a more secure key to the entire apartment, though and a safe in the room.

The check in process was inappropriate. It is clearly stated on booking that there is luggage storage, and we informed the host prior about the time of our arrival, so we can store luggage prior to check-in, we were surprised that there is no storage for luggage if we come earlier than check-in, we couldnt store them prior to check -in, we were checked in by the cleaning lady, inappropriately dressed. The host was unavailable on the phone for the process, we called him, barely answering whatsapp messages only. Mosquitoes all over the room with no net on the windows. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND the room.
