Museo Suite

All perfect

Not really a minus but when receiving the after hours check in (entry) instructions It seemed confusing but when we arrived late and followed the instructions it was really easy.

I did not stay at Museo Suite due to its tough, shady location and the difficulty entering and exiting the There was no one to provide assistance. It was located in an undesirable, unsafe location. I would not have wanted to walk back to the room at night. It was very close to a safer, neighborhood but not close enough. The directions provided on how to enter the suite were complicated and did not work. I called the number provided for assistance. The person remotely let me in but seemed annoyed that she needed to provide assistance as she was not working.

It was an oasis in a not so clean city

The area we were staying in was just outside of the main city center so it felt a little bit rough in the neighborhood. We didn’t feel comfortable walking back to the apartment at night.

Property was great location, excellent and kind staff, very modern and great amenities. AC was wonderful, water got very hot for showers. We loved our entire stay and felt so comfortable. Great place to stay when exploring Naples!

The breakfast was a continental style. The cafe was great. I like the feeling of comfort, cleanliness, comfort, and security that this small hotel offers. Mariarca and Veronica were friendly and helpful at all times. In particular, Mariarca did not skimp on helping me with everything possible; she recommended local places to eat and she even arranged a transfer service for an early morning pick up to take me to the airport. She was amazing. Thanks! I liked everything!

Location and comfort. And the best.. the host. Always available to assists with a call or a text message for anything needed. With waking distance from the center. Upgraded rooms. Perfect for a big party. All rooms with private bathrooms and great A/C in all units. Great job by our host “Mariarca” during our stays.

Bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly, shower water was hot. It was a nice boutique hotel to stay for a night and we could walk easily to the Historic Quarter

Dirt and disorder, unpleasant smells and ignorance. An unforgettable... negative experience!

Location a bit far from center.

Breakfast was good.

I only stayed for 15 minutes as I had a cockroach in my room, so there was little to like given the circumstances. I checked in at 22:00 and left 15 minutes later after finding a live cockroach crawling through the room. The location is unmanned at that time, so I called the number provided and was told to “just kill it”. I informed them about my decision to find alternative accommodation. Later, they asked for evidence, which I sent in the form of a photo – and then never heard back. I eventually contacted management via LinkedIn to request a refund, as I had not stayed at the property. Their response was that they only refund guests if the issue is clearly their fault and led to a missed stay – “More than this is difficult ?” – which, I suppose, sums up the attitude of the Hotiday brand. There are plenty of decent places in Naples, this just is not one of them.

The room was in a historic building but was completely updated and modern. There was a queensize bed, a good size bathroom that was completely updated with a large shower and great water pressure. Plenty of hot water too. The room was beautifully decorated and it had a balcony overlooking the street. There was a main room with tables where breakfast was served in the morning. The staff was great, they were very helpful and friendly. Mariarca gave us some great suggestions for pastry shops, churches and places to see. She was wonderful. The location was perfect. Just around the corner from shops and restaurants. Close to Centro Storico and the Archeological Museum. It's just a block from the metro station as well. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you for our welcome package as well, it was a nice touch! Everything was great, no complaints!

Lots of food options nearby and supermarkets. Receptionist was very kind and friendly, gave us many tips for our holiday. The breakfast was alright - buffet was small and there were not many options. It would be nice to have a "portable fruit" like bananas and apples.

The staff were fantastic helping me after I was robbed coming in to the city. The room was large and clean Probably a plate or 2 would have been good. I can't add pictures as my phone and credit cards were stolen

The location was great for us to tour the MANN and the Sansevero Chapel. We walked easily to the historic district for pizza. Lots of great food options in easy walking distance. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Matteo was excellent and quite friendly and kind. Nothing

No elevator to the first floor. Really a b& b rather than a hotel
