Fantastic location in the middle of everywhere. Super friendly host. Very easy access. Bed is comfortable. Room has its own AC that works well! I slept great. Private bathroom clean and convenient. I have no complaints. Zero. Will definitely return.

Great experience, simple room and bathroom walkable to so many good things in the city including transit. Gianfranco was a great host!

Gianfranco and Stephen were both very helpfull and kind.

The location was excellent for my stay in Naples, close to art museums, historical sites, a vibrant downtown, wonderful food choices, and a short walk to the metro. The rooms were simple but comfortable. The bed was wonderful. The room did not have many outlets, but satisfied in every other way. The hosts were warm and friendly and gave excellent dining suggestions and made me a nice cappuccino every morning. A VERY pleasant stay. Just the shortage of outlets to charge electronics.

The location was excellent — you don’t need to take a taxi or bus to explore the city, as everything is within walking distance. It was also very close to the port, which made it even more convenient. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming, and even helped me arrange a taxi, which I truly appreciated. I felt very comfortable there and enjoyed the atmosphere of the flat very much. I would happily recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay again in the future.

Private, comfortable, good location or gorgeous decor, fresh breakfast with a nice host I didn’t know what floor and how to enter the building at first, but the host was quick to respond on WhatsApp

Located at a conventient location. Rooms are too small, we were not offended even a bottle of water

Very clean and comfortable, heat, AC, and water pressure all great. Location great. Only thing missing is a mini fridge.

The location is good. The room is spacious, and they would clean the room every day. It is a great value for money.

Fantastic location, with the historic center, shopping areas and coastal road all within a 10-minute walk radius. The host, Gianfranco was very helpful and kind with everything I needed, from room necessities to information about what to visit around Napoli. Also a 3-minute walk from the closest Metro station.

The beds were comfy, place was cozy and quiet, and very convenient location, close to the station. The shower space is narrow for me, which is acceptable but I didn’t have a place to put toiletries.

Gianfranco and his son, Stefano were hospitable and lovely.

The apartment is elegant and modern, antiques and modern furniture, classic Italian combo. Room was lovely and very comfortable. Nice antique furniture, comfortable queen bed, small but totally effective bathroom. Super clean. Great AC unit, we respectfully turned it off when we are not in room, cooled down quickly upon return. We also had a little balcony. The apartment and our room was really, really delightful to walk into after long days on the streets of Naples!! Gianfranco could not have been more helpful with tips for getting around Naples, restaurant recos, arranging an early morning taxi for us. We did not want to stay in the heart of Naples in all the confusion. We loved where we were, close to the port, about 15 minutes to the Spanish district and a 25 minute walk to the archaeological museum. About an 8 euro cab ride from the center when we were too tired. Metro stop also close. Very fair/good price. Next trip to Naples definitely booking again, no question!!! Honestly we were completely happy with Napoli Porta di Mare!!

Gianfranco was very helpful with information about things to see. He was meticulous about cleanliness.

Gianfranco has a charming bed and breakfast. It's uniquely decorated with art and lovely antique pieces. He is warm and helpful host, giving us lots of advice for our short stay. The building is deceptive, as externally it resembles and office building but inside the apartment is lovely. The location is close to the port and to the famous Spanish Quarter, walking distance to the gorgeous sites - churches and museums - and the wealth of colourful restaurants and bars of historic Napoli. The building is nondescript on the outside, but Gianfranco's place inside is a gem. The street below our room was noisy (its a lively city) so I would recommend ear plugs. We slept fine with these!.

The breakfast was amazing! Pastries, eggs, bread, amazing coffee! The bed was a bit firm for us, but that's just personal preference.

I do not recommend this place

This is more of a hotel room across the hall from the host's apartment and NOT a BNB. I Didn't feel comfortable spending time in the common areas because they were not shared, its someone else's home. This is a hotel room, not a BNB experience. I didn't have a good area to work in the room.
