The host was really nice and helpfull. The location is perfect, you can reach 3 metro stations in 5 minutes by walk. The main port was also 5 min. by walk. There many options near to the apartment where you can eat breakfast or dinner. It wasnt my first trip in Naples but this was the best apartment.

The location was perfect and the room was very clean. The first entrance was a little hard because of the lack of internet connection but then when you connect to WiFi it was normal.

Fast and easy check in and out, easy and great communication, more than helpful staff, they are easy to reach via whatsapp and super responsive, great location, clean room, common kitchen was helpfull too for some coffee and tea. Everything was great!

It might be difficult if guest does not have internet access to open door. it will be easier if they will have normal key. stuffs help if you need to contact them and will advise you imm. there are few restaurant near by, easy walking distance to city area. Room key..

The entry to the building and room is automated - this is excellent for late check-ins. Room was clean. The automated system can be a bit simpler. A LOT of communication from the property before arrival. Useful but I think the communication can be limited.

Great location Big room with a good decor Secure - The check-in using complicated way of mobile phone operated cyber-key (no physical key) to open the doors might be difficult for people with less technical skills - the shower floor needs mould removing

The apartment is in a good location - quiet at night but within walking distance to busier areas. Whilst the apartment is modern, it is very basic. The check in process was long winded. You are sent links to open the doors which require you to have Internet access to get in and didnt always work. The lift to access the apartment is very small with luggage.

Size and standard of the room The complexity of checking in, so many details of all the guests. The amount of emails received (close to 30). Incorrect information regarding beds, was told two double beds for one room and a double and a single for the other room. We got one room with a double and a single and one with a double. This was no good for 4 male adults

The quality and size of the rooms were really good The process of getting in and out of the apartment and rooms. It was all digital and sometimes it took a while to get it. Showers were cold one day also
