PORTO 53

The location was great and the air conditioning!!! The room was great. Very roomy though and easy to access. Staff was also very responsive before, during, and after trip. There were only 2 pillows. Literally my only complaint!

We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers for coffee and croissant at the restaurant in the square. As we had to leave before it opened on the second morning they gave us juice and baked goods to take with us. It was very handy to have a supermarket just a little distance up the street. Even though there were roadworks outside the three shutter and door closures were very helpful. Not much. Simone was so helpful. He made a suggestion for us to visit on our last day. He also ordered the airport taxi for us.

Very good location and friendly people

The owner waited for as at midnight, to help as check in!!!. Every day cleaning. Possibility to leave there our bags after check out till to our plane started. Help us in any problem. Could not expect more. Practicly in the Centro Storico, but just few minutes to metro station The room could be a little bit larger, but if don't want to dance, its ok.

Simone is very friendly and helpful. A late checkout was no issue. The common area with the fridge was nice. Thr rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were quite noisy during nighttime and early morning, from partying students to glass collection in front of the rooms. The sofa bed and the pillows should be replaced, they are not comfortable. The hot water in the shower is hit and miss, it is not a constant flow of warm water. Not what I expect at this price level. The breakfast options are good but very basic.

Perfect location - close walking distance to everything we wanted to do during our short stay in Naples. Simone was incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. Comfortable room with enough space for 2 people who always pack way too much. Nothing

nothing! do not stay here! ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 – Avoid This Place Two nights at Porto 53 was more than enough. The area feels run down and the room was below basic standards – old, thin towels, no shower products, and poor overall cleanliness.The bathroom felt neglected and unhygienic. Hairs in the sheets on arrival Bookings Photo’s do not reflect state of rooms, marks on walls! Awful! - see attached photo's There’s little to no service or care for guests. Owner seems disinterested & dismissive Naples has far far better accommodation, My mistake to stay here! **now the owner may indeed respond but he needs to understand he is trying to sell rooms with zero amenities in a real state! After 3 weeks travelling in Italy had never come across accom so bad Disgraceful

Location was central and convenient, but graffiti covered building was very ugly. Entrance to building was filthy and graffiti covered.

Great service, smooth check-in and out. Fantastic location right in the center of the historic area.

The bed was very comfortable AC worked well Water temps worked well The garbage room / lobby, had a bad smell. The fake 4-star rating, yes it's cheaper but the fake 4-star rating puts value below other options The leaking shower = very high chance of mold. They try to clean it with bleach daily. The dark/dingy feel

Clean, valeria and simone were very helpful and flexible, place was very central.

Very clean and comfortable. Good location if you want stay in the port area of Naples. Check in was a little challenging with language barrier but that was solved by Google translate. Nothing to complain about just be aware for English speakers.

Great location if you want to stay within the city. Rooms were basic, but had everything needed. Check in/out very easy. Common room was nice as well. Bathroom could use a lighting update. But other than that no issues!

Superb

The building looks a bit scruffy from the outside, but the rooms and the whole apartment is spotless. Super clean, nicely decorated, kettle in the room is always a bonus :) Great communication with an owner, he couldn't been nicer :) We arrived early in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the reception area, they send us a message as soon as room was ready. Location is very convenient - short walk from Metro station and old town. We had a great time. Highly recomended! Everything was great!

Great location in the city center near restaurants and bars! Host was very friendly and helpful! Possibility to leave the luggage after check-out.
