Toledo Stay OK

Good service, communication and clean room. Location is perfect

Amazing location and stuff!

The location was great and the bathroom was clean. The room was really small and the bathroom was separate outside. The windows cover rolls didn't work properly so we couldn't open them all the way and they were also stuck in place after the 2nd day there. The most important is that it is a bed&breakfast but it didn't serve any breakfast. They rather gave us coupons to go to a cafe nearby which got us a coffee and a croissant. That was really disappointing as the staff at the cafe were almost rude to us tourists.

The location was quite good, and the cleanliness was decent, although they go overboard with the air freshener. It is not really a B&B; they simply give you a voucher to go to the café next door, where you can only get a coffee and a croissant. If you want anything else or something more filling, you have to pay extra. The breakfast was pretty disappointing. One major downside was that the bathroom and the bedroom were separate, meaning you had to leave the room every time you needed to use the restroom. The beds were extremely small and uncomfortable—way too soft. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations and felt overpriced. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fantastic location, right in the city centre! Very clean, and nice staff! Overall a great stay. There is not much not to like, only that the room is a bit small for three people, but it is manageable!

Fantastic location, great host who was very helpful. Samp the cleaner was wonderful too. We really enjoyed our stay here and looked forward to our croissant and coffee breakfast at the downstairs cafe. Probably the bathroom across the hall was the only downside, but apart from that, everything else was awesome. ?

The position was good and room was clean. Alessandro was very helpful. I knew the bathroom was outside in the corridor but it was a little inconvenient. No sink available outside the bathroom for general tap water. Door to get inside the apartment block could be a bit difficult to open at times

good location, very close to the metro station. In a wide and well lit area. the lobby outside the few rooms is nice, and has coffee/tea corner, microwave etc. nice looking room with enough space, and a decent window. the property owner is very pleasant, helpful and flexible moisture problems in the bathroom: some mold spots in the bathroom walls (including where you hang the towels) and the bottom of the bathroom door frame is swollen and crumbling. there are some stairs to climb in the building before you get to the elevator.

Location great, and the fact that the owner was at our disposal the whole time was amazing! Appreciate that so much! My friend wasn’t satisfied with the cleanliness of the bed spread.

The location is great! Close to Metro, Toledo walking street, shops, restaurants ... The owner is very quick responsive. Cleaning is very good!

Great location, couple of steps from Toledo Underground Station, in the middle of the Spanish district. Shopping, eating, drinking, Metro, busses within walking distance?

The king size bad was super comfortable but the additional bed for third person was not so comfortable.

It was very clean, near to different important locations like storico center, galleria Umberto, via Toledo, castles and museums Allessandro, the owner was very gentil I strongly recommend this location Th internet connection was poor
