There is not one thing we didnt love about this place. Perfect location and service.

Staff were wonderful! We left by 6am on a Sunday and they were great about letting us have an English muffin and coffee before it was even available. Room was never cleaned and we had a 4 night stay. They only emptied trash can. Bar was great! This was our second stay in 6 months.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at because how well thought out everything was and staff is wonderful! Thank you all for amazing hospitality!

We like that our room was very clean and comfortable, very clean, kitchen was very handy. The staff was very gentle and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Full breakfast. The least we like was the pool, it is small and it was crowded, people were eating inside the pool with we didn't like it. Thier restaurant is really good. Overall we had a good time.

The gym is small and the pool area very small. They shouldn’t have a peloton bike. Useless

Everything was fine except the air conditioning was poor and there was a sewage smell in the room the first night; everything else was fine.

The hotel is very clean, modern, and convenient. It combines family-friendly amenities with a stylish design and a great atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay, and our whole family (including our dogs!) had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The air conditioning in our room was quite loud. I’m not sure whether it was specific to our room or if the system is simply older, but it was noticeable, especially at night.

Excellent location, large rooms. Good breakfast, all-day coffee station. Convenient parking. We had palmetto roach in the shower, another small roach by the window in the bedroom and ants in the kitchen.
