Clean room and hallway is quiet.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Had a room with balcony overlooking the pool. Really liked it. Noticed that some balconies weren’t equipped with chairs/table.

We had a wonderful stay. Very easy going staff quick to check in. The bar was very simple but the bartender was very helpful and cool he made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Also the breakfast was surprisingly very good. Pool was great and plenty of towels.

Location, super helpful staff, cleanliness, value. Little noise from the room above us that sounded like maintenance was going on.

My only issue was the $10 a day for parking.

The location was great. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean, and I appreciated that they cleaned/ made beds every day for us. That doesn’t happen at all hotels. Everything was great, the only thing that I would have liked was a microwave in our room. I was visiting my son who was in rehearsal for an upcoming show, and many times got in quite late. He would have liked being able to heat his food in the room. However we appreciate that there was o e available in the lobby.

What an amazing hidden gem! The Inn was immaculate, excellent service and a fabulous gym! Very close to 5th ave and a fun place! highly recommended

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Hilton in Naples. We booked a suite so we could visit with other family members staying in the hotel, who had booked regular rooms, and the room served the purpose for entertaining our family as it had a living room with ample furniture to accommodate guests. The bed was very comfortable (firm but cozy), and all linens and towels immaculate. The breakfast was a la carte which we appreciated - we're not fans of the scrambled egg/waffle buffet breakfasts. The food was delicious, and there is all-day coffee and water available. We spent a whole day hanging out at the pool, and both the pool and pool area were very clean and pleasant to be in. We booked a suite so we could visit with other family members staying in the hotel. There were stains on the sofa, but otherwise the furniture was in decent shape. The suite contained a "kitchenette" with microwave, sink and eating area. Despite that being present, there were no plates, cutlery, glass ware, paper towel/napkins, sink scrubby or dish soap. We would have expected some of that to be present with a kitchenette. Our toilet overflowed the first morning, but maintenance was there within 5 minutes and fixed the issue and cleaned up the floor for us. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and the room served the purpose for entertaining our family - we just needed to purchase some paper plates and napkins to serve nibblies.
