The accommodation itself was satisfactory, but several aspects of our stay were disappointing. There was no breakfast offered, and the location was difficult to find — even our taxi driver had trouble locating us in the morning for our airport transfer. We received multiple repetitive messages and calls asking for our arrival time, despite having already provided this information several times. Additionally, the lack of any English-speaking host made communication frustrating and added to a poor initial impression. Overall, while the stay was acceptable, the combination of location issues, traffic, and communication challenges made it less enjoyable than expected.

Host is quick to respond. Set up taxi to the airport for early in the morning. Good restaurants around the corner, and very close to the train station.

The accommodation was better than we expected. Right behind the central station, on the 1st floor of an apartment building and has three separate rooms, each with its own bathroom. We knew the area with its pros and cons, since we have been to Naples several times. The room was spotless, the cleaning was daily, the furniture was new, the bed very good, the bathroom excellent and the layout like a good hotel room. The owners have a cafe right next door and are willing to serve you immediately. The only negatives I can mention are the soundproofing from the bathroom of the next room and that the air conditioner made a little noise, which did not bother us because we hardly used it at all.

The location was ideal for our needs. Close enough to the bus stop for the airport and easy enough for the metro system. Good local coffee shops nearby.

The location is superb, only 7 minutes from the main train station & near most places of interest. The bed is firm & had a good rest before our next destination. Highly recommended for your stay in Naples !

Great location, great rooms, great service - this is my second time staying at this B&B and I'm extremely happy with my stay - it's in the center of Naples, next to the station and not far from the airport. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modernly furnished. I recommend this place and would love to come back.

Extremely well run and organised, easy check-in and check-out, modern and spacious, kept absolutely spotless!!!! Would highly recommend and stay again without hesitation! Super close to eateries and Napoli Centrale station …. Just a really lovely family that owns it too!! Everything was excellent, the only minor issues was the corridors have a slight echo, and there was a family of guests one night that arrived at 2:00am, rang the door bell, slammed the doors and had no consideration, along with young Children that were screaming (this was the late night guests)- but this had no control from the host…
