Very secure, clean, great value & handy for a nice bar/restaurant next door Bed pillows were too hard for me

The location was superb. It was right across the station. The b&b was clean and simple. Perfect for our stay of 1 night. Antonella was a great host. We ran into few issues and she was super responsive and on the phone with us. Thank you Antonella! We received instructions via whatsapp on how to access the key. We watched the video and accessed the key. We missed watching the full video to see that the master key had to be put back in the box. So, please watch the full video. Had some issue with our AC but Antonella helped us via video call at night. And then the toilet flush button got stuck.. after Antonella’s message we pushed harder and it got sorted. We had an eventful stay but thank to the gracious host it was all sorted

- the room’s facilities ( comfortable beds, the room was clean) - close to the station - it should have a bigger variety of breakfast - should provide more water bottles - the cleaning schedule should have been specified from the beginning

The room are very cleaning. The hostess are very helpful and friendly. It's really very closely of the station. It's near station but the neighborhood is not too beautiful and it's a little dangerous after dark, but it's ok if you take care.

The hosts were very friendly, the room was very comfortable, and the location was extremely conveniently located near to the train station. The view wasn't amazing, and the neighbourhood is what you would expect being near to the train station.

The breakfast was a bit lacking! Some fresh fruit, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, and granola would have been a huge addition!

It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, it had air conditioning, and the host was very nice and super helpful.

de location was perfect. very close to central station and from there you can walk to almost anything. The trein station , metro and busses are close by . De balcony was great and lovely , to get the italian vibe. coffee and tea and use of a refridgegarator was great . Bathroom also great! de street side was kind of noisy . but we slept fine. no problem. a little room for improvement: de coffee machine was great and a fresh croissant instead of one that was wrapped in plastic from super market would be great.

Ilaria, the host, was absolutely incredible; available, very kind, patient, empathetic. The Girasole (?) room was cozy, had everything I needed. Rooms are very much soundproof! The elevator was free to use, functioning air conditioning, everything was extremely clean and smelled quite pleasantly, the beds are comfortable, WiFi was okay albeit could have been almost effortlessly just a touch better. The positioning is also quite good, just seconds away from the train station. Breakfast was okay, just like I would have it home. Felt almost just like it. :) Nothing at all! Everything was absolutely incredible. Thank you!

Super nice staff, very helpful. We had several issues with a stolen mobile (watch for your stuff while enjoying Naples) and injuries / health issues and the host and the whole staff took care a lot. Thanks again! Also we could leave the luggage in the appartment longer. The were very glad we had chosen this b&b, Location is perfect and it was very comfortable and we liked the concept. Coffee and water were provided as well. Nothing!

The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean and there were a lot of towels. There was a little breakfast in the room - sweets and coffee. Even though the room has windows situated to the noisy street, room was quiet. The host was kind and helpful.

It’s ideal location very close to the Naples train terminal the Metro, and the airport shuttle make it a perfect base for your stay in Naples. Stepping inside the quiet courtyard, you immediately relax even before you enter this comfortable and charming bed & breakfast! We appreciated the thought put into making sure guests had everything they needed and the owner’s warm welcome made us feel like family. We are in Naples often and on future visits this will absolutely be our home away from home. Clean, comfortable and convenient! An excellent value!!! We will highly recommend this to our visiting family and friends.
