Nothing THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN! The receptionist (the black one) showed a couple of time in the female dorm unattended!! There’s no one in the reception for most of the day, and specifically at night which is dangerous! I asked for a towel and the remote control of the AC and they screamed at me via WhatsApp that I have „high expectations regarding the place“ and that it’s a 3 stars hostel!!! All this happened because I only asked for a towel and a remote control for AC!!!!

Good room with ac

Location near bus and train station. The price was ok. This is not a real hostel. There is no reception, and due to extremely strict check-in/out hours and no luggage storage, we had to pay an extra €20 at a local facility to leave our bags. Communication was terrible, as no one answered the phone before check-in. The place is just a flat turned into dorm rooms. There are only two bathrooms, both poorly maintained and dirty, and the men's toilet was missing a toilet seat. The bedding was also stained and dirty. Avoid if you expect basic hostel amenities and hygiene.

I know that with this price I would not expect something precious however, the beds are terrible, when you move it makes terrible voice. Staff is weird, at midnight we were sleeping in female room and one of them(guy) just entered in our room to turn off the AC:)

Friendly hosts. Room has a window for ventilation. Nice view from the window. You can see the volcanos on the right hand side. Grocery store available in front of the property. This hostel reminds me of the typical European hostel from movies lol I was impressed

I woke up covered in bed bug bites.

Cleaning and comfort

Male bathroom doesn't even have a toilet seat nor does it have any air freshener so it constantly reeks out of a public bathroom smell. Can't have too many people showering as you can run out of hot water and same with electricity as the hair dryer can run out of electricity. Light switch for the sink doesn't even work. Common area is fair but the oven is lying on the side and the coffee machine is broken.

Nothing at all The beds are so weak, bathrooms dirty, no laundry, no 24 hrs. housekeeper.

Everything very clean. Rooms with air conditioner, silent female rooms, very clean and organized. All very pretty and nicely decorated. Very affordable. Staff very professional and kind. Central, near everything. Very secure area, best than other hostel accommodations nearby. Kitchen well equipped.

Not so clean. I made this purchase because it seemed like a decent deal for one night stay. Bed bugs are a real problem in there - I was bitten several times. And rooms feel suffocating as they don’t have AC…

Nice kitchen, where everyone comes together.

The kitchen is very cosy, met other travelers there. Nice atmosphere!

The bathroom for women was locked for some reason. The other small bathroom was dirty

There was bedbugs, the hostel is not safe so while I was not there someone stole my jacket, staff were a little bit rude, not a lot of patience, man’s bathroom was super small.

There were bugs in the bed and everywhere

it is close to the station bed bugs, rude staff… worst stay of my life. it has bed bugs, the bathroom is dirty, staff is rude, corridor lights were on my face because there is glass on the door. I did not feel safe raising this issue with the receptionist because there were two other guests fighting at the reception because the stablishment will not accept any complaints. it was 1am and the owner and the receptionist were SCREAMING at the guests in the reception and no one could sleep because of the noise. the guests were within their right to complain and did not raise their voices, so the yelling on the hostel’s part was extremely aggressive and unnecessary. later, the hostel owner showed up and also kept screaming at the girls who were complaining about the bed bugs, even though she showed the receptionist, who, by the way, kept coming into the room speaking very loudly after midnight and turning on the lights. he even woke another guest up to talk to her in the reception, which is ridiculous. On the next morning, another guest showed us bed bugs on his towel. It is UNACCEPTABLE that a company like Booking would allow a place like this in the platform.

I found bed bugs in my sleeping space and so did 3 other girls. I immediately left. The owner was very nice about it and said he'd refund my friend and I.

One room with 12 beds. There were a lot of noise from the guests and the roads, so it was really difficult for me to sleep during night. The bathroom for men was incredibly small and had a problem as well with the water from the shower that sometimes switch quickly.

Really few stuff. The people I met (which also didn’t like the hostel) were the best. But the hostel itself had a nice kitchen, wifi decent and thats all. Bed Bugs (seriously) and the owner waking everyone up at 9am without any reason. And please don’t try to make him be silent, he won’t and he will just be more noisy. Also don’t try to work there, no space and also owner not respectful. I was in a meeting and he was shouting with a guest just because he took more than 10 minutes to wash the glass he had water. Really, don’t waste your money.
