Exceptional

The room was very comfortable and spotless, and I loved the big bathroom with rain shower. The bed is great with luxurious linen. The location is amazing, but it is loud. The rooms are not insulated from the outside, so be prepared for noise the whole night. If you are a light sleeper and bothered by noise, this may not be the place for you. The rooms themselves are well insulated inside. We could not hear anything from the people in the room next to ours. The hostess was very intrusive (constant messaging that started the minute we landed in Naples (around 8 messages in the taxi from the airport alone berating us for getting lost and not phoning her). As another example, we wanted to sleep in one morning, so I let her know we would not be eating breakfast. Ten minutes after breakfast she started messaging to get us out of the room to clean. While some might like this kind of attention, it's not for me and got a bit much. This is the reason I gave 7. If the score was based on the room alone, I'd give 9.). The breakfast was also not great, but it is included so that was fine. Again, if you don't like noise, the prep for breakfast starts around 7:30, and with the dining area just outside your room, the clanging plates and banging cupboard doors will ensure you don't oversleep.

The location of this bed and breakfast is very central and convenient. Many restaurants and tourist attractions are within walking distance, and the nearest metro station can be reached in about 7–10 minutes on foot. The staff are very helpful and easy to contact via WhatsApp and email, which makes communication smooth and efficient. The breakfast is typically Italian-style, which may not meet expectations if you are looking for a more traditional or substantial breakfast. the breakfast time needs to be arranged very precisely in advance, as the housekeeper has to come specifically to prepare it. Additionally, because of the central location, it can be quite noisy in the evenings. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Infinity. The hosts were incredibly caring and attentive from the very beginning. We were coming from Rome and arrived quite late, but they were waiting for us, welcomed us warmly, and helped us with everything. They even recommended a great place for dinner just a few meters away, and we absolutely loved it. It made our experience even better. The breakfast was generous and very tasty The room exceeded all my expectations. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The bed was amazing, very soft mattress and great pillows, which I really value when I travel. The balcony was a lovely bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, with plenty of space. The shower was nice and new. The location was good and in the center. There was an elevator and we had a big suitcase. Breakfast was very basic, would have preferred just an option to make coffee and get breakfast in the city.
