location is excellent, cannot be better interior is nice , relaxing with amazing balcony to the nice square in front of the building there is an exceptional church (Santa Maria la Nova) the owner/manager is very kind and super supportive, helps immediately clearness can be better in the bathrooms no toiletries better to take without breakfast, this was the worst thing we experienced. We were given a card for each day. The place was outside tent, and the breakfast offers were only croissants (3 types) from the bad fast cafe.

Very private and tucked away from the streets of Napoli. Very responsive host and good directions for self checkin.

Excellent location in central Naples, secure and not noisy. Room is well-proportioned and spotlessly clean; new bathroom. Great view from the balcony. The managers are both super-friendly and efficient. -

Central location The owner wanted paid in cash! Apparently they are changing financial systems! However signs jn accommodation stated no Cc for anything and they appeared old. He did give me a reduction of 30 Euros. But I do not consider this a good practice. The outside of the property leaves a lot to be desired.

Alberto is such a great Host. He met us with a fab smile and was very thorough in his explanation of the property etc. and was always prompt in answering any questions or needed help. Thank you again Alberto.

Very good

The host Alberto was friendly, kind and helpful all throughout our 5 days there, he even changed the broken toilet seat in half a day, even though we didnt insist. The location is amazing 3 minutes to the metro, 5 minutes to the biggest shopping street and the restaurants and around 10 minutes to the souvenir streets. The room was comfortable, had nice A/C, everything was top-notch. The breakfast was at the corner cafe, but it was so so good. I might be a rookie, but it was the best coffee I had in my life, along with the best pastry (crema croissant) i had in my life. We will surely stay here, if we ever plan on coming to Naples again.

It was easy to check in. We received instructions via whatsapp to check in ourselves without a receptionist on site. Good air conditioning. Coffee machine in the lobby although we never had time to test it. Also good to see first aid kit in lobby. Problems with the elevator on the first day, we had to take the stairs with bags. Very small fridge could not fit large water bottles. During cleaning, the towels and toilet paper were not replenished during the entire stay. The last day we had no toilet paper, we had to solve it ourselves, also the cafe who gives free breakfast took our voucher first day and we didnt get any new ones.

The property is super clean and located in a great location. The communication was excellent and the response time was exceptional.

Only minor thing was the strange wind sounds from the AC. Othwerise very nice place to stay. Location 10. Excellent bar almost at the front door and another nice one 10m away. Breakfast was quite simple. Croissant od your choise and coffee.

The apartment was comfortable, exceptionally clean, the location was perfect, and the communication was excellent.
