I just wish there had been some way to cook small meals.

A lot of stairs to climb up (especially difficult for older people). The place clearly has not received proper mantainance in years, holes in the walls, curtains and wall paper torn in some parts. The pillow case had yellow stains... The bath towels smell like humid, and they did change them for us, but the difference was not that much.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, about a 10–15 minute walk from the port. There’s a bar on the first floor where you can relax and spend your evenings. The view from the window was open—not facing a wall—which made the room feel more spacious and pleasant. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, but due to the high ceilings, it feels more like climbing to the 6th floor—definitely something to consider if you have heavy luggage (mine was 20 kg!). Also, there was no shampoo or hair dryer provided, which was a bit inconvenient.

Comfortable self-check-in with clear instructions. Easy to find. The stuff was always available and friendly. Perfect place to explore the city because it’s located in the heart of Naples.

Room was very dirty and dusty..in the bathroom washbasin was blocked .we could not use it was a big problem to us, the horrible thing is they had prepared beds with used and dirty bedsheets. With our children we felt a big inconvenience

great location This was easily one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had. The room was shockingly small compared to the misleading photos online. The pictures made it seem like there were multiple rooms, but in reality, it was just one cramped space with an entresol making it feel cramped and uncomfortable from the start. Worse yet, it was absolutely filthy—bugs crawling around, mold in multiple places, and damp, dirty towels that were clearly not properly washed. The bathroom was a nightmare, with no shower doors, making it impossible to shower without soaking the entire space. Shower head was broken and detached from the wall. The appliances and electrical outlets were literally falling apart, creating a serious safety hazard. To make matters worse, the hotel failed to mention that the room was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Between the poor maintenance, misleading advertising, and complete lack of cleanliness, this place was a disaster. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away!

Great stay just in the heart of amazing Naples! New and comfortable room. The manager also solve a problem we had at the airport and arrange an early transfer at reasonable price Helpful and supportive Definitely nothing

Nice apartment, great location with wonderful view from the balcony. Apartment needs bit of love but overall great place to stay.

Location is just perfect just in city center close all sightings. Even in the center the location is very quiet. Room is very comfortable with nice view on the characteristic square. Communication for the checkin was perfect and personnel is smailing High recommended Nothing
