The location was in a better part of Naples. The staff was excellent and great choices for breakfast. Everything was fine.

Great location, nice size room and great breakfast The courtyard is extremely loud and we found on 3 of our 6 stays they allowed noise ( groups of people etc.) past 10pm actually going well in to the night to 1am!!! This was very upsetting. They need to shut the noise down for guests at 10pm.

The breakfast was excellent! The service was superb. I even cannot guess what. It was great.

The best part of the hotel was the receptionists at the front desk. They were kind, professional, and help me in every way I need. Excellent tips they gave me. Thank Angela, Dulce and... all of them The stairs to climb with luggages

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The property, its history, the staff’s friendliness and the lovely rooms stood out. Cappuccina (the cat) was an added bonus for my daughter. Thank you and hope anyone that reads this enjoys their stay here.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very attentive and the breakfast was delicious!!! China was also very playful with us. This was our second time staying here and we will be back. Nothing.

It may say that there is a restaurant and a bar. But there is neither. there are staff who will get you a drink or something to eat. But there is no actual restaurant or bar to speak of. There is a dining area on the first floor but the breakfast is on the second floor and there are no signs on the first floor to tell you this.

Clean, wonderful staff, very helpful when I was trying to find it, even came out to meet me. Walls are VERY thin. I could perfectly hear a normal conversation of my neighbors. Had trouble sleeping because of this.

Convenient location to train. Nice outdoor garden. Room was generally clean and a decent size as Italian accomodations go. There was no response at the gate despite our one-time arrival and we had to wait on the street with our luggage until other guests opened the gate to leave (not fun when it's 95 degrees outside). The bedding was a bit scratchy and the blanket appeared to be stained or dirty with something white. The toilet ran the entire time we were there. There are a limited number of electrical outlets in the room and none next to the far side of the bed. The room smelled strongly of cleaner/alcohol upon arrival and the air conditioner did not work for half of our trip; it was very stuffy in the room. You have to ask the front desk to manage the room temp and the gentleman there could not figure out how to work/fix it. We were quite miserable at night and unable to sleep in 81+ degree heat with no fans or breeze. While they did offer another room, the AC was fixed before the new room was available. We had a difficult time communicating with the front desk staff in English which made the heat situation that much worse. At checkout time, we were unable to find staff to assist. Although staff was pleasant, between the language barrier and facilities issues, I would not return.
