The bathroom on the bottom part was not that clean. A/C was great. Bed not to comfortable.

The bed is very hard. As an older American I found it uncomfortable for sleep.

The location is excellent—very close to Napoli Centrale railway station, which made our travel very convenient. We also really appreciated the host’s flexibility, as they allowed us a late check-in due to our train delay, which was a big help. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. I would recommend it, especially for travelers arriving by train.

Everything is so close, the room was clean and comfy.

Location : A block away from Napoli Centrale and the Garibaldi Metro. Easy check in & check out. The A/C in the room was super cold, so nice because it was a hot day.

The shower was a little bit broken

It's a good b and b , handy for the main station in Naples, but Naples is Naples!!! Not a great area. Plumbing !! Toilets! As in most large cities the pong comes back to get you!! No breakfast but good accommodation. Sewage smell from toilet. No mirror in the room. Area is not great but then it's Naples

Responsive staff, there’s lift available in the building, very close to metro. Check in and check out are easy and flexible ! They kindly let us leaving the luggage for an afternoon after checking out. Very strong smell in the bathroom, when we first enter the room, the room is full of the strong smell of the toilet. It took almost a night for it to be disappeared even we have the toilet door closed, it disturbed us a lot indeed. The equipments in the toilet are not functioning very well either, shower head is broken, the water in the shower doesn’t go quick enough that it stayed like a little pool for awhile. The faucet is dripping water.

The location is great. Walking distance from the main train station. The rooms are very nice and clean. They included all we needed for our stay. Alessandro was great. Very responsive and accommodating. When we extended our stay in the city another night he very nicely switched us to another available room for the additional night. We really appreciated the flexibility. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Florinda BnB for a stay in Naples. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

Passable

It was the best place in affordable price for me. Super Host, easily communicative. A Kitchen makes this place like own home. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Everything was smooth, even without any physical staff present. The place had all or most supplies you would need for your stay

Very convenient to the train station. The room had an awful smell and we had to open the window which makes it difficult to sleep due to the noise. The ac/heat drains into an open container in the room which adds to the smell. The bed was hard as a rock with 2 extremely flat pillows and last but not least THERE IS NO BREAKFAST, NOT EVEN A DRINK OF WATER!!

It was a clean and good located place. All fotos in the profile are real and apply for the real state. For a short stay I is fully suitable place The water pipe in the bathroom (dush cabin) was not working properly and you had to stop the water from time to time during bath so that it did not go outside of the dush cabin
