B&B Dell'Arco

We stayed for 3 nights to see Naples. Amazing location for tourists, it is just in the middle of the touristic area and very near to the historic center. The facilities were quite a good surprise. The room was super clean, large, and quite new! They cleaned the rooms every 2 days, so our room was cleaned during our 3-day stay! The lady for the cleaning was so lovely. There is a shared kitchen and shared dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and also super clean. In the fridge, free water was offered to us. For breakfast there is not much but it is ok. There is a coffee machine with plenty of coffee and cookies the whole day. Overall, it seems that the host is taking care of the facilities as much as it gets in all matters!

We loved the stay at B B Dell'Arco, the property is near the Centro historico, absolutely gorgeous, very clean , the room is big and the shower is clean with hot water, Maria was so kind and very helpful for everything we asked her, she even gave us some very helpful recommendations for attractions and food restaurants,and everything was good We'll gladly be back here if we ever visited napoli again

Excellent stay. Maria was very nice to meet us earlier on our first day in Naples. Very convenient location to walk almost everywhere. The room was large and very clean. It was a bit noisy during the night (we slept with the window open and the AC off,) but that is all part of Napoli charm. :) Coffee, tea, water and cookies in abundance. We would choose this place again.

Close to everything, metro station close by and the Quartieri Spagnoli also! Maria is super nice and friendly, making our stay better. The kitchen area is very nice and useful with coffee machine and Kettle plus some cookies for us! Neighborhood quite busy and with friendly people The only thing we didn’t like was the noise. I think that’s something you cannot avoid being in a place like that, so Having a ear plug is already a great help.

The B&B was in a perfect location, a few hundred meters from Piazza Dante, Spaccanapoli, Via Toledo... Maria was super attentive and nice, and gave us a list of recommended places, including the best restaurants in town. We went to a couple of these and they were indeed amazing! She also handled us a map of the city and a couple of tips to walk around the area. The bedroom was a little small but honestly enough for two people. At the end we where there only to rest. The plus of having access to the coffee machine in the mornings was lovely and much appreciated!

We booked the smallest available room (it was only available at the moment). The room looks exactly like on photos. Bed, closet, tv, a/c and small bathroom. Everything you need. The room was very clean. Very good coffee in the common kitchen (for free!), fridge and some sweets available. Location is TOP. You can get to lot of great restaurants/markets in 10-20 minutes walks. Supermarket is 5 minutes by walk. From airport it is about 30 minutes (15 minute shuttle bus + 10 minutes metro and small walk up to the hill), TAXI costs about 30€ to/from airport. Maria (our host) is very friendly and helpful. There was no issue with check-in/check-out, we got recommendation for restaurants around and she helped us with booking taxi to the airport. You can hardly find anything better for the price, but the room had some negatives. Unfortunately there was a mold in the room on the walls and it smells quite a bit. It was warm in Naples, so we had window open all the time, but even after that you can smell it and it is annoying. I hope they can do something about it, because without it there would be no issues at all! The street was quite busy and there was lot of noise (cars/scooters/people walking directly under the window) and you can hear it even if window is closed.

Maria gave me very clear direction how to get to the place the night before and also on the day of our arrival. That helps greatly and she was on time to meet us in front of the apartment for handing over the keys to us. She also gave us a map of the city with the main attractions so that was also useful. She also allowed us to leave our bags in two hours before the check-in so that we could come back later when the room is ready. I might have overlooked the booking was a small double bed room so there was no much space to move around with two people in the room. The mattress has passed its best year so we did not sleep well. Nevertheless, we appreciated the courtesy of both Maria and the cleaning lady. Also the location was good if one does not have to commune too frequently to the Napole Centrale train station.

The room was very clean and nice. The location is perfect, on walking distance from main street. Maria is an exceptional host who takes care of her guests and supporting with everything she can. It was a pleasure to communicate with her. She doesn't speak english but this was not a problem to communicate at all, as nowadays the technology is on our service.

The host was very friendly. Walking distance from the metro. Good location. Bed was comfortable. Very clean. Always tea, coffee and cookies in the kitchen. A bit noisy outside at night because of cars and bikes. I was ok with that, but my roommate was not.
