Loved everything about this property. The rooms, the staff, the breakfast, all suburb!

Host Attilio is like having a local cousin to guide you for the best insider advice of the city that he passionately loves. The overall vibe is artful while warm and friendly. The antique elevator gives special ride, although the birds-eye view is worth it.

Host gave great, extensive advice. Amazing breakfast. Very cool decor.

The owners and staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, and we were served an exceptional breakfast in the morning. The area was surprisingly quiet, but on the other hand very close to some of the most interesting places in Naples. In short, a win-win. The room, especially the bathroom, could get a little cold, but it was not a big problem.

We are traveling all of Italy and this was the BEST stay ever! It is in a great location, close to everything and the host is so kind and helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING! The place is comfortable, and has so many extra wonderful touches to make you feel at home. You won’t go wrong booking this place! I loved Everything!

Everything is better than I expected. It's all in the details, very thoughtful owner. The view, the breakfast, the location, cleanse , comfort , nice hot water, and the price are all on par. We had a wonderful stay there. If I must, streets are tight, get a small taxi to come here.

Adorable place! Everything was absolutely top-notch — from the hospitality to the comfort. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a larger room than expected, complete with a spectacular balcony view. Speaking of the balcony… that’s where I got engaged, with Mount Vesuvius as our witness — an unforgettable and emotional moment! ?? The hosts are truly amazing — warm, helpful, and always ready to recommend the best places to visit and eat. Cleanliness is on another level here, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. Location, guide and amenities were fab We drove (so our own fault) but it was chaotic to drive to, so wouldn’t recommend. Still really good value for money!

Exceptional views. Right in the middle of the full of character, chaotic Napoli old town area. Attilio (The Host) was very kind to come along with me and sort the car parking (paid) for me. Naples is notorious for lack of car parking space. Clean room, Great service, Lorenzo (B&B staff) recommended many places to go to for the food, and all were fantastic. Don't even think twice before booking this place. They take good care. Nothing..

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel very welcome and gave a lot of helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The room is equipped with absolutely everything you need. The room was clean and nice. The view from the balcony was really exceptional and a real experience. The location is close to everything you need or at least stations. If I return to Napoli then I would only choose this place again.

Very nice, clean and cozy place to stay. Amazing view. Location was perfect, near old town, funicular and metrostations. The staff was very helpful, nice and dedicated to their quests. They helped us with everything we needed. We have a special diet and they took also that into account at breakfast. We warmly recommend Pizza sleep for your stay in Naples!

Breakfast was very good and plenty of food. Small communal fridge to store your small food/drinks. Balcony view from our room was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. Train station nearby (Monsanto) has easy cheap trains to Sorrento and Pompeii. Staff was very helpful. Our stay was great. The only thing that we were a little disappointed with was one day when bringing an extra pillow, they left our room door unlocked and it was open when we returned. Nothing was bothered and the only people with access would be other guests from the 3 other rooms. It was an accident, and there are good locks into the unit and into the building the unit is in.

Very friendly host greeted us. Amazing views from the balcony. Great location, lots of nearby eateries. Good breakfast, plenty to eat! Room was clean and comfortable. The host helped us find a parking space. It’s important to know about the parking! Driving in Napoli is not to be recommended… it’s actually easy to walk everywhere. Our host found us a parking place where we left our car for the duration.
