Great location for traveling, also the apartment is on the rooftop with a great view. Good value price tattoo for Napoli. Breakfast is in the cafe next to the building (croissant, café), with nice staff We arrived late and it was not easy to contact/get in. Sometimes you need money for the elevator, do keep 10 cent come at hand

Hot water, close to train station No rooftop access as described, tv did not work, tricky check in, felt unsafe walking there and trying to get in building

The room was clean, had good air conditioning, and the location is convenient. You can leave bags after checkout, which is helpful.. There is a working lift to the 11th floor. The Blue Room was not as advertised—no rooftop access or communal space as indicated by media shared, which felt isolating as a solo traveller. Instead, the view was of rundown apartments, and the property sits under a flight path, so expect frequent noise. Be prepared to have to pay for the lift at the weekends so take coins. Communication with the host was poor. Despite early contact, my questions were ignored, and the room wasn’t ready at the stated time. The host was only reachable via WhatsApp and came across as being busy on other things, abrupt and unwelcoming. There’s no staff on-site, so early arrivals should expect delays. Several issues need attention—broken coffee machine, faulty TV remote, fridge freezing items, unfinished decor, and loose fixtures. Would I stay again? No.

Very clean apartment, recently renovated located 5 minutes from the Garibaldi station. Very easy to contact with the host.

Unfortunately the building in which the apartment is in is a little run down and the area is very messy and lots of rubbish and empty beer bottles left in the street.

The proximity to the train station for us, was exactly what we needed. It also worked out in that it was on the metro line to quickly get us to the Spanish quarter for the afternoon. The room was very clean, with a lovely rooftop terrace and the beds were good enough for our one night stay. Not a big deal, but if AC bothers you, the placement of it could be a little bothersome because it can be a little direct, despite it not being overly powerful.

Only area of hotel is not so nice, too much strange people and dirty.

Close to the main station, bars & restaurants in the area! Apartment was on the last floor, it has a nice balcony with a nice view. Right at the beginning was chaotic. We had to wait for the owner for 30’ plus more 30’ for the room to be ready (and we arrived after 14:00) To go up and down with the elevator, you have to put every time 0,10 cents. U better not forget the coins! The room was veeery small for three people. In the bathroom, there’s nothing where to put your things. Not even to hang towels. The wc doesn’t even have a lid to sit on. And the shower has not much pressure. In the room, there’s not enough place to open your luggage. The coffee machine didn’t work, the owner said he would take it to fix it but didn’t happen. We basically paid for a breakfast and didn’t really have one. They offer milk and juice but there’s not even a fridge where to conserve them. And what they offer as “breakfast” are all this sugary snacks that you wouldn’t have to start the day.

The check in was difficult to make. Other than that it is worth the money just for one night. The check in process

The location is great, near the trainstation and 15 minutes walk to Historical Center. Amazing view to Vesuvius and the city. Nothing to declare
-
A wonderful view of the whole of Naples and Vesuvius from the terrace!!! the railway station is a 5-minute walk from the property, you can get to any coast by train. Special thanks to Sue for always being in touch! the reception is not open 24/7, we arrived late at night, but we were still greeted and given directions

My booking was very last minute but the owner was very kind and had it ready for me. His kindness was much appreciated. I will certainly book again should I need to stay over in Naples in the future. Nothing to complain about as I said above.

The room had a lot of mould in it and it smelt very bad so I didn’t stay there. I went to another hotel
