the gym is excellent it smelled a bit strange, far from the cool parts of the city

Loved the setup and vibe! There was plenty of room in the common and bar areas to chill. Luggage storage was available. The staff were very kind and helpful—my locker would not shut/lock and the staff quickly resolved the issue with their handyman (within ~15 min). Located close to the train station. Location for further travel for cities was pretty good, but it is about a 20 minute walk from most central attractions or places I wanted to explore. The toilet seats don’t at all match the toilets—funny but annoying when you have to go. The showers either clogged VERY easily, or the shower water would skip the drain and just pool into the rest of the room!

The rooms are excellent with each bed having privacy curtains. The breakfast buffet was great value for money as well. The facilities are really good. The location was very convenient for me.

The closeness to the trains and shopping It was so loud all night long. Doors slamming, traffic, beeping of cars. You could hear everything outside. No sleep.

I can say that, out of the more than 100 hostels I’ve stayed in, this is definitely in my top 5. I don’t like Napoli that much, but this place is a gem. Spacious rooms, a gym, amazing common areas, and it’s right next to the train, metro, and bus station. You can reach the main areas of the city, Pompeii, or pretty much anywhere else in Italy within minutes. The 4 person rooms even have two showers. The lockers are big, and if you work remotely like me, the internet works perfectly. There are also all kinds of different spaces where you can work comfortably. I originally came for one night, but I decided to book another night just because of the gym, as I had a bus at 2am

The property was in a very convenient locale, and secure.

The staff was very helpful with checkin and information for local eats The checkin app was very cunfusing and crashed often. Thank goodness the staff helped making check in easy

It’s a little far to get to Naples’ main areas, but you can just use the metro which is very easy. The lockers are a little thin.

The cleanliness is unmatched! Two bathrooms for the room. Common area is really nice too. Hair dryer can only be picked up from the reception if you give your passport to them. No locks for the lockers. But you can buy locks from a store across the street. The socket near the bed was loose :(

Great staff. Let me in around 1am and were very good about my late arrival.

The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and bedding. There were plenty of common seating areas throughout the building. I was surprised by how well I slept here, that's rare for me in hostels. The privacy curtain made a big difference and really helped to create a more restful environment. I also appreciated the personal light above the bed and having a changing area in the room. In my room (6-female dorm) there were 2 full bathrooms, definitely a plus. Random: their soap had an amazing citrus-y scent. The lady security guard was very friendly and helpful during my checkout. She proactively asked me if I needed to store my stuff and helped me to retrieve them. The shower area would benefit from a raised floor, as one of the bathrooms ended up completely flooded on my first night when someone didn’t fully close the door while showering. A proper bath mat would help, although might not prevent this. The hot water in the shower also wasn't consistent and wasn't very hot. There were quite a few light switches. But since they're not labeled, it's easy to press the wrong one. It would be much more convenient if the power outlets were universal. There's quite a bit of unused space that could be better utilized. Adding more rooms would be more beneficial than installing a glass staircase.

The cleanness, the room, hospitability, the staff
-
It was close to the train station I couldn’t control the AC in my room which made it super hot. So I had to have the window open all night with the cars going by and people yelling all night long

I’ll be staying in early April 2026, and it looks like it’s going to be a full house! The room is clean and spacious, and I’ll be in one of the six bunk bed rooms. There are two toilets. The receptionist is very kind and helpful. I can store my bag both before and after my stay. Area for improvement: each room or bed has its own closet, though it’s a bit small for my 22-inch bag

The rooms are very "modern". Caught my by complete surprise.
