The toilet is hard to flushed. When you shower, water don’t drain right away

Near train station. Breakfast was amazing. The staff (waiters, breakfastcrew and front desk) were very friendly. . Surrounding neighborhood looked rough, but nobody bothers you
-
Point for some excursions outside the main entrance to hotel The area was busy and dirty
-
The staff Very ugly location. Scary. Only good if you take the train
-
Somewhat run down, but clean.

The staff was super friendly and helpful The location is horrible - the entire area around the hotel is filthy. I didn’t feel safe at all. Also the actual rooms were not great. The bathroom sucked specifically the shower head - it was tiny and had terrible pressure. There were obvious holes and areas that needed patching and there were little bugs around. Hated it. PLUS it’s insanely hot because it’s “winter” and we can’t use the ac, forcing us to have to open windows to let in some air - yet our room was directly by the courtyard meaning there was noise all the time.

We needed four rooms for a one night stay after our cruise arrived lated and we missed our flights. We booked the Ramada hoping the standards would be the same as Ramada's in the US. Unfortunately that was not the case. The hotel is old and shows the lack of upkeep. The staff are all rude and unhelpful. The furishings are worn and stained. The location is very sketch, don't walk anywhere alone. Nothing

We would definitely recommend staying at the Ramada Hotel. There was discrepancy among the hotel desk clerks as to whether the city tax had been paid through Booking.com or to be paid separately with the hotel.
-
There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom.
-
The room is poorly lighted and definitely does not have enough power plugs. Europe needs to leaarn that 2 single beds next to each other do not make a double bed.
-
Emails were not answered when we emailed 3 times to ask how to reach the hotel from the train station. I ended up having to ask someone from booking.com to prompt the hotel to answer.
-
The menu was limited.

Great customer service and amazing staff!

Near the central train station, about 5 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. The reception looks new and fresh. The comfort room was big and clean and had a big mirror in it. It looks a bit old but super functional and the drains worked 100%, no signs of clogging. The outside surroundings looked dirty with graffiti and mounting pile of trash. I would not dare go out late at night on my own but it felt safe inside the hotel. The electricity in our room went out each time the water boiled in the percolator. We reported it the first time it happened, then a staff came into the room and told us that it was because everything (tv, lamps, AC) was turned on and it was not because of the percolator. The staff just turned on the circuit breaker. It felt like it was our fault that that happened. The second time I used the percolator, I turned everything off but to no avail, the same thing happened. This meant that the staff was wrong. I reported the problem to the receptionist on the day of our check out and it seemed like that was a known problem. A problem they haven't fixed and yet they allowed guests to check in that room. I just hope that it is already fixed by now. The carpets along the hallway and inside the rooms are old. The wallpapers inside the room are old and worn-out.

Could not have been a 4 star had to change rooms 5 times, due to dirtiness.l and bad smell, shower did not work either

The staff were very nice and their support was so helpful. The breakfasts were so wonderful. The parking lot is next to the hotel and it’s private but in some kind of cooperation with hotel. The hotel’s location is so good for reaching sightseeing locations but the places around the hotel are not so classy ?

Not a very good hotel. Very dirty and cheap.
-
Comfortable room for 3 people.
-
It’s comfortable They called it a double room. I expected two double beds or two queens, but we instead got two twins.

The reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all amenities for a good night's rest. The area where the hotel is situated did not appear to be safe. Therefore, we stayed at the hotel and did not explore the area.
