The apartment is nice, modern newly renovated with 4 rooms designed with complete privacy. The room is spacious for 2 persons with comfortable bed, c;lean white bed sheets and with ensuite bathroom. Perfect location near Napoli Centrale train station and Metro Garibaldi stop. There are restaurants around the train station and a few steps from the apartment. Breakfast is served every morning which is sufficient for me. The apartment is located in the first floor of the building and host was helpful to bring the luggages up, None.

It's a B&B setup in an apartment. The building is old and doesn't impress at all. However the rooms and facilities are great Location being near Central station - it is extremely helpful - however, the surroundings don't look good - rundown. Rafael was great and was present when I arrived at the facility Very Clean and good WiFi Breakfast could be a proper breakfast Not having a reception or lobby, and therefore no 24 reception support Carrying 3 keys becomes a burden

It was uniquely Italian is creative design and the hospitality was truly Italian. Cute facilities very friendly owner and staff. Good location for the station but needs better directions and a picture of the front door explaining to use th intercom for access. The difficulty in locating the entrance and then how to get in etc.

The cleanliness of the property was exceptional We had very little pressure in the shower and the hot water would turn cold but become hot again.

Not being able to look out of the window. I didn't realise the room was part of an apartment

Friendliness of the hosts, they couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. Grazie mille The condition of the pavements in the area

We needed to stay here for one day and night before catching the high speed train to Firenze the next day. This property is a very short walk to the train station, and everything we might need for one day was close by: groceries, rail station for excursions through Napoli, pretty cafes for food and coffee. We liked the security of the room and appreciated the availability of the staff to help us with check in. We dropped our bags here early before taking a boat ride to Capri, and the staff protected our bags, and placed them in our room waiting for us at the end of the day. The room was comfortable and relatively spacious, compared to others we've seen, and had a nice big bathroom and shower with hot water and good pressure. The entry to the property is not at all easy to see or well labeled. We could not find it without guidance on WhatsApp from the host. The door is not proper size for an adult. You have to hunch over to step through, and it's a bit tricky with luggage in tow. This part of town (industrial) is frankly quite ugly, noisy and stinky. Garbage is on the street all over the place. If this were the only part of Napoli that we saw, we would think it is a very ugly city. But fortunately, just a short walk away is the beautiful port and seashore, and all the best parts of the city. So, its a tradeoff.

1. The room is what we expected, big and complete with things we need like toiletries, towels, etc… The old gate which gave us an initial imoression that it May not be a Nice accomodation.
-
Not an easy place to find and in quite a dodgy area (Garabaldi) if you are arriving in the dark! Only stayed for one night as we were catching the train to Rome the next day.

host simpatici e gentilissimi

Everything was perfect the only thing that would be good for foreigners would be to change their TV for a smart TV , so they let their guest connect to their streaming service like Netflix because everything on their TV is on Italian language and at night is impossible to enjoy a move or relax with a tv program. The personal is super kind and always helped us, they keeped our luggage after checkout. The breakfast a continental.

The location was excellent, right next to the main transport hubs and a very short walk to Piazza Garibaldi and many restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable. In spite of the chaos and noise outside, inside the guesthouse was all peace and tranquility. Naples as a whole is chaotic and the traffic horrendous but summed up it was Italy au naturel and not all overrun by tourists. Nothing
