It was very close to the train station, making it easy for our late and early train rides! The people were so wonderful and helpful! We arrived in the evening and left early in the morning and they made sure we had everything we needed and could access the lift! The room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast worked well for us because we were leaving early, but it wasn't much (just yogurt and pre-packaged croissants with spreads), so we were hungry again by 9:30 am.

Clean and well-maintained room conveniently close to the Central Station. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We were happy with our room. One thing that could be improved is the in-room breakfast.

Pros: Very close to central station, very nice and funny host, bathroom looks nice/ok. Cons: very uncomfortable bed/mattress, could hardly sleep on it ; very complicated elevator system for which you also have ti pay 20cents/per way ; price could be a bit lower overall comparing to other places nearby

Great location. Few minutes walk from train station and bus for airport. Pleasant friendly staff. Breakfast left in room for convenience Toilet seat wouldnt stay up and the shower wasnt great but it was just a base for sightseeing.

It is a great hotel with close proximity to the central train station (5 mins walk) and very clean, well-furnished and comfortable. Lady is very nice and friendly and allowed an earlier check-in at 12pm. She actually apologized that the room was not ready when we arrived at 10 am and we were only meaning to just drop our bags. They also provided a small continental breakfast for your room. The lift requires a 20 cents payment every time you use it and this is more about the building than the quality and standard of B&B Travelers. The surrounding location is rather dirty, and as you soon discover Naples in general is a rather dirty city more or less everywhere.
