It’s very close to city center and train station. It’s clean and cosy.

Comfortable beds, hot water, pleasant reception, clean sheets. Shower drainage was a problem - had to stop the shower after about 1 min and wait for water to drain off before continuing. Kettle was not clean.

it was a great location because we had to leave the next day at 6.00am to catch a train to Venice and it was only 4 minutes walk

Everything . Very nice place , clean. I have been at Donn'Anna 3 time , always perfect.

Liked the balcony, all you want espresso, even though a bit seedy we did not feel unsafe and enjoyed watching real life local Italians go about their day. Was safe and clean. Very convenient for train and metro. Bed was terrible sagging and no give to the point I had to put a pillow in the sag to keep from rolling in. Pillow were terrible too, so old no give, just an slab.Also safe didn’t work and never fixed when they said they would..also very tiny 8x8. Elevator was ancient and sketchy,never saw it moved in 6 days there, never used it. Ironically I chose this place specifically for the safe/elevator. Also garbage bins right below, VERY noisy in early morning. The metal shade was broken too but she did fix it. Not a b &b, no breakfast

Location near the central station and close to the airport shuttle. Complimentary coffee ? Some people might consider the neighborhood/district a bit wild. The room was not really quiet, the noise came both from the street but also from inside.

We had a wonderful stay here. Our room was cleaned & towels were replaced everyday. Thanks for the mineral water, ? bread & cakes. We really consumed them when we returned hungry from our long walk & tour. Nil

The rooms are ok, easy to check in and get in even if you a re in late hours. We didn't see any breakfast in the morning. Also the area (Garibaldi area) is not the best to stay if you are visiting Naples.

Basic accommodation, good value for money, close to train station. Easy access to the property, good communication with owner of the flat. It met our needs. The area is not great, but for those who require easy access to train station/bus to airport it works well.

So convenient to the train station!! Clean and safe. Netflix, hot tea and hot shower, comfy bed, economical, super easy to access after hours. Just great!! Elevator didn’t work for us. Does one have to pay for that service? View out window is not attractive.

The apartment was better equipped as we have expected. There is a small kirchenette inside the closet and there was an iron. The location is great and during the working days there is market directly on the same street. The cleaning lady was spotless and very helpfull. Nothing.

Double bed was not seperate as 2 single beds.
