I stayed in Naples on my way home from JFK, and although I travel quite a lot, I’ve never experienced such a wonderful host. Fabio responded quickly, went above and beyond to accommodate me, and even helped with my luggage. The place is small but spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located close to all the trains and metro.

The property was easy to find and the location very good! Very quiet, clean and comfortable beds. Fabio the host was very helpful through out stay and would be very quick to respond to any questions. Overall a great experience. Could have done with an ironing board and tissue box in the room.

He came in early to check us in and checkout is just leaving the keys on a hook. Great!

We stayed here after landing in Naples and again the last night before boarding the plane early to return home to USA. It was the perfect hotel for so many reasons. The facility is clean, quiet, and comfortable like none other. Nella gave us links to GPS directions to the train station ( few blocks away) where took a train to Sorrento. We were able to drop our bags off at their baggage storage just blocks away from the hotel ( free of charge) so we were able to explore Naples. This hotel was so comfortable I slept about 12 hours the night before we flew back home. The hotel is about 7-10 minutes via taxi ride to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel. I am a coffee drinker so I would have liked to have accomodations for coffee in the room but that's no biggie.

Stayed for a short night to catch an early flight out of Naples airport the following morning. Perfectly what we needed and easy for us to check in and check out at odd hours when no staff was there. Nothing!

The location is excellent if you need metro, trains , and buses to and from Napoli. Nella gave me a wonderful tips of what to do at Naples. The room was big and clean. Nothing

You have a wonderful balcony, but we need chairs, also it will be great to have glasses for wine.

The area doesn’t feel safe in the evening

Clean and cozy place, very close to the central train station, not more than 10 mins walk, easy to access to the city center by walking, the host is very nice and provide all the necessary information, allow an early check in and good to provide the free luggage storage after checkout, this is the 2nd time to stay here, will definitely stay again if we come back to Naples again. Everything are perfect

Convenient location and perfect for a 1 night stay in Naples when you need to get to the train in the morning. Hand soap in the bathroom could be provided.

Close to the train station is always a gamble, not a lot of restaurants nearby.

At first I was like “ohhh this is in a bad neighborhood,” then I experienced the rest of Naples and our neighborhood started looking better and better. Naples is just a very interesting town LOL this location is quite good for what the rest of Naples has to offer. Pics are accurate the interior is very nice and clean and location is great to train station and short walk from many great authentic Italian eateries and gelato shops. Naples is a book best not judged by the cover. The towel rules seemed a bit strict. No towels left on floor, no makeup on towels etc…. Also no hand soap in bathroom. Aside from this everything was perfecto.

The place was spotless and the bed was comfy. Fabio was communicative and friendly. Highly recommend! It was perfect for our short stay.
