the property was very clean and in a great lively location

The host was friendly.

Our room was clean with a sufficient storage space. There weren’t any problems with noise, as the window faced internal well-courtyard. Pastries at the Bar Schlemmer, where breakfast was served, were fresh and delicious. Also Maria recommended us a lot of local trattoria and was extremely helpful during our stay.

Good location, difficult to find. Owner was extremely helpful and nice Room was fine, bed a little uncomfortable and there was a terrible smell from the bathroom once you flushed the toilet or used the shower. There was no soap or shower gel/shampoo

The host is super nice und she gave us many informations and advices about what to do, where to go, etc. The room has everything needed und was very clean. It is located in one of the main streets in the centre of Napoli. Nothing, everything was perfect!

I had a great experience during my stay here. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Naples' historic center. But what truly stood out was the warm and friendly host, Maria. Her communication was super easy and fast as she reached out over WhatsApp to clarify all open questions and to make sure I had everything I needed. Maria's hospitality extended beyond the usual expectations. When I needed to store my luggage, she made it hassle-free and didn't charge any additional costs. If you're visiting Naples, I highly recommend to stay here. You'll not only enjoy a comfortable stay but also experience the warmth and friendliness of Maria, the outstanding hostess.

Perfect budget stay in the historic centre near to a lot of the sights

The bath towels were disappointing: very old and worn out, didn't smell fresh and good, needed to be thrown away and replaced with new ones. Toilet paper dispenser needs to be replaced. Molds on the wall and corner of the shower stall. Two of the electrical wall outlets are an electrical hazard.

Very nice and clear apartment in good location. There was a good place to chill out after long walking trips. Maria was very helpfully. If you would like to ask me do I would back there ? Yes, of course. ?

Located in the middle of everything, within walking distance of where you want to be and want to see. Parking garage was not far either, Maria was awesome and helpful. Not that I didn’t like but be aware since you are staying on a busy street it tends to be noisy throughout the night, bring earplugs and you will be ok.

Very well located in the middle of Naples historic center. Main problem was the heating. We visited during the winter and there was not a real heating system, so it was a little bit cold at night. Neighborhood is a little bit noisy and main door to the rooms does not look like a place one wants to sleep in.

Great Location and good value! Marian is an Angel! She helped us out greatly after we lost our passports, she went above and beyond to help us get them back. Besides the room, you can trust Maria with her English and helping you out!

Maria is such a lovely and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location ist really nice... In the middle of the historical center.. So man restaurants and shops near by.

Great experience while traveling with my mom. Maria is nice host, easy to contact and ready to give you all the important info for the locations worth seeing. The room was very comfortable and super clean. Highly recommend.
