The location was in the heart of the Historic Center and I loved it. The room was very spacious, clean and nice designed. Breakfast was everything I needed to start a new day, all very tasty. Thank you so much Valeria for the smiles, good words and open heart. We hope to come again for more than one night. The only thing that bother us was the noise of the scooters all night.

Breakfast is simple and very good. Many options on the table. Nothing really, room had a beautiful spiral staircase.
-
Nothing really house was as advertised

Located many floors up with no elevator or baggage assistance. Host was helpful but not friendly, seemed to do the minimum. Not present onsite most of the time.

The location couldn't be better, Valeria was really nice, very helpful, helping with recommendations on restaurants and local attractions Not a problem for us but there is no lift so it might be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Nothing. Most disappointing part of our trip to beautiful Italy, and the only negative experience. We were forced to cancel after interactions with the owner and discovering problems; the owner stated we could not leave before 8am because of her staffing; We never heard of this type of restriction before. We were a group of 3; our first flight was at 9am, requiring us to be at the airport by 7am. We tried reaching the owner by email first, 1 week prior to check in, with our flight information, then tried by phone, then ended up using whatsapp messages to get an answer. It is difficult to communicate internationally with very spotty wifi and no cell service which made it worse. Also, the reservation was for a room for 3 people. She first stated our reservation was for 1, then for 2 and then finally said she could not let us stay as a group of 3. So we had to cancel as we were a traveling party of 3. Her name is Valeria. I saved all of the messages. She should have told us a week prior that she could not allow us to leave at 6:30 am. This was the last day to do a review and I waited all this time for her to issue a refund and she did not. As of today, the owner did not issue a refund for a canceled stay. She told me to enter a cancel request and refund request on Booking.com which I did. She then pretended she did not get the notice. I had previously told her via text I was forced to cancel the reservation because the constraint. I sent her a screenshot of that. I had notified her in text. I do not recommend this establishment.

The location was great! Walkable and easy to get to surrounding sites. Breakfast was a lovely treat and better than most complimentary breakfasts I've had. Set in a cozy nook - it was a great start to the day! Honestly there wasn't anything I disliked. We were only there for one night as a quick pit stop before flying home, so the accommodation met all my expectations! Were the stairs a little rough with heavy luggage? Yes, but that is to be expected in an older historic building -- which serves a far better value than having a lift.

I didn’t like hailing my suitcase in three flights of stairs.
-
Amazing location, great size room, great breakfast. Valeria is a fantastic host - we felt very welcome. Amazing sleep in a comfortable and very quiet room at the heart of the historic centre of Naples Nothing we didn’t like, but can understand some people may view the stairs as a struggle, but being a few levels up means you have a quiet room and a great nights sleep so

Great location in the heart of the Historical Centre Only issue for us was the B & B was on the 3rd floor, so if you have a heavy case be aware.
-
Amazing place, great great location, in the middle of the historic center. Valeria is a great host, she takes care that everything is perfect. The breakfast is also very good. We had the pleasure of staying in the suite room, it was very comfortable

Good basic breakfast. Provide apples

Everyone was so nice and welcoming! The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very large, comfortable, and clean. I only stayed one night, but I will be back. They also let me bring my little dog, and treated her to some prosciutto cotto for breakfast. ? Highly recommend! I didn't really have any issues. The thing that might bother people, if they're not used to it, is that there's no elevator. The B&B main area is on the third floor, so if you have mobility issues or extremely heavy suitcases, it will be a challenge. If you are fine with that, you must stay. It's a brilliant place with great people!

Great location and really quiet. This was an oasis of peace after the hustle snd bustle of Naples. The host was loverly. Nothing

It was clean, good space and good illumination. Even we know about third floor without elevator, we think this is the unique thing that we didn’t like.
