Palazzo Toledano

Quarto confortável, espaçoso, limpo e bonito. Anfitriões gentis e prestativos (raridade em Napoli). Com limpeza diária. Ótima localização. Recomendo. A entrada do prédio (porta) pichada passa uma impressão ruim, porém é uma característica de diversos prédios na região central de Napoli. O vizinho do andar térreo ficava encarando as pessoas que passavam e reclamando se havia conversa na área do elevador.

Everything was perfect

Fiorella was wonderful! Extremely helpful and flexible. She spoke perfect English, and made us feel very comfortable and at home.

Fiorella, Nino and even the cleaning lady were very kind and accommodating! Super cute, quiet room perfect for exploring the city during the day and sleeping well at night.

Location was excellent, very convenient for exploring the city. Despite being on a busy main road, the room faced an inner courtyard so was very quiet at night. The room was modern and clean, and the staff very helpful. They let us leave our bags and provided free water.

Clean and modern looking room with comfortable bed. Only instant coffee/tea provided in room and property is not that near to metro station. By far the least value to quality ratio room throughout our stay in Italy. Could get a hotel with nice buffet spread with freeflow hot beverages at same price.

Offered a comfortable, clean and safe environment mixed with some classic architect mixed in the room.

I got a friendly reception and good tips about Naples when I arrived. My questions were replied quickly via chat. Palazzo Toledano was a perfect location for exploring Naples. The breakfast is served at a cafe just a few steps from the front door so it was very easy to walk there in the mornings. It was a hot week so +++ for a well functioning air conditioning in the room and a fridge with water bottles in the corridor. For me everything worked fine. If you are physically challenged this may not be the best accommodation because this is an old house so the front door is very narrow and there are some steps on the way to the room.

We had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Toledano. We were in a great location; right in the heart of Naples. Close to restaurants and supermarket, close to historic centre. The breakfast was via a voucher for a cafe down the road which a standard Italian breakfast of coffee/pastry/juice. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. We would definitely recommend to our family and friends. Nothing.

It is at a great location! The host gave us a warm welcoming. Even though the apartment is located at busy area, the isolation is quite decent at night. It looks like the mattress at the apartment is quite old. It sinks in an unusual way and we woke up with some backpain in the morning. There is a daily room service, but we could not figure out what the frequency of changing towels and bed sheets is. During our 7 nights of stay, our bed sheet has not changed at all. The towels were changed in a very random way. Also, our room door was not locked ones when we were back. So, the room service can be improved.
