Toledo Boutique Rooms

Size of the room was rather small.

My stay at Toledo Boutique Rooms was very short but comfortable. Although situated in the hustle and bustle of Naples, the rooms are very quiet, modern, and spotless. The very thoughtful team hosting the boutique hotel is amazing: welcoming, friendly and very helpful, great and prompt communicators always available , providing a trove of valuable detailed information that helps you successfully navigate this vibrant city of Naples. I’d be happy to return!

The place is very nice. Is like an apartment with some rooms. You can self checkin and checkout and they are always available to help on WhatsApp. They send all info before you arrive and give you support for everything, for example they booked a taxi for us cause we had an early flight. They have elevator which brings you comfort cause many other places in Italy have lots of stairs and don’t have elevator, in this case you can use the elevator and it helps a lot (especially with heavy luggage from your wife haha) Anyway, very nice place and staff.

The property is clean, modern and has a touch of Naples charm when you walk into the courtyard. The proprietors went beyond our expectations by providing great restaurants, historical places, directions and making sure we had everything in order!! Very easy to get in and out of the property and in an excellent location. The staff on the property were amazing and helpful! TB made our visit to Naples unforgettable! Nothing at all!

We loved our time here!! We were new to Naples and we not only got an amazing place to stay but the staff went above and beyond, we felt like we got built in travel agents with the best recommendations along with our stay. We will be sure staying here again when we come back. Nothing.

Great location! Proprietors very helpful: provided detailed list of restaurants and scheduled airport taxis would return without hesitation.

LOCATION: Location is great, its juts above the Spanish Quarter and 50 meters from 'Via Toledo' so adjacent to the madness without being in it. Perfect for Solo or couple trips id say. STAFF/SERVICE Staff very thoughtful and friendly. They have a map you can take, where they mark points of interest, answer questions, give advise etc and can tell they do that, out of a love for the city of Naples. FACILITIES Clean, spotless rooms, showers warm. Is on first floor of a quiet residential building, with easy personalised access and a calm vibe. Nothing really, it suited my needs.

The locations was perfect in a very lively area, full of things to do.

Really clean place, comfortable and amazing hosts, they were willing to help, give tips. Help with thw luggage. I will strongly this place to other people. ☺️

Toledo Boutiques had everything we need and nothing we didn’t. At the corner of Spacca Napoli and Via Toledo you could not ask for a better place to stay in Naples. The hotel was easy to find and very clean. Hosts were kind and checked in this us to make sure our stay was going well. 10/10 would recommend Nothing, property was great

Great location excellent Host!

Beautifully, fully renovated boutique hotel. Kudos to the interior designer. Normal sized for Europe, the amenities were great, the WiFi strong, spacious enough for my husband and i to be comfortable. The customer service, however, takes the cake!!!!! We were contacted before our stay with fully detailed instructions. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a smile, a map, and so many personal recommendations. Not only that, but they were available 24/7 for anything we may need. They even helped me prebook a taxi for my ride to the airport. It’s centrally located, with shops and restaurants just steps away.

Conveniently located. Staff very kind and helpful willing to make your stay the best possible. Nothing it was just right for us.

Loved our stay here at the Toledo Boutique. Great location. Could walk to everything we wanted to see and had the vibe of the city right there! Room was slightly small but exactly what is expected in a large city (i.e. NYC). Our wonderful host, Roberto, provided great instructions for our stay, including for parking (we drove...yikes!!), as well as awesome recommendations for restaurants, sites to see, and things to do. He was always available for any questions we had, and we so enjoyed chatting with a Napolitano! Would highly recommend this property!!
