The super clean and very well located in centre of historic sites. Walking distance to the port close to metro and bus lines. Also close the hop on hop off sightseeing buses.

Everything was perfect. Luciano was very helpful in everything. The room was clean and in perfect location in the heart of Napoli. Recommend the apartment.

Nothing was perfect

I liked everything. It was clean (cleaning apartment everyday), TV, air conditioner, kitchen if You need, every room has it's own bathroom, You have literally everything You need in the apartment. Great location. Simple communication with the owner, Luciano is great, and helpful. I'll be back there, for sure, for some of my next travels to Napoli. City region is rich with antics, people are all great, very cool, looks happy and cheerful. 10/10 from me! There is no such thing I didn't like, literally.

It was a standard Italian breakfast of croissant and caffe and was good. Was at restaurant close to the Dilemma B&B. Friendly and nice owner.

The location is superb, and the host's directions and communications were very clear, friendly and helpful. I really liked the flexibility of being able to leave my bag securely the day I checked out. The room was clean and comfortable. The accommodation was perfect! Unfortunately there was a bit of street noise that kept me up (mystery brass band late at night?!) But that's to be expected in such a central location and is not the fault of the property. If you're a light sleeper, bring headphones/ earplugs.

The location was great. Luciano ( the host) was very helpful. He met me a little earlier as requested due to my arrival time in Naples. He also helped me with my luggage up the steps. He was pleasant and easy to work with. I would stay there again.

The location was perfect, in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, but also close to the city centre and Spaccanapoli; the room was clean and it had a cute balcony. Luciano, the host, was very friendly and responded very quickly. He helped us also with the luggage in the last day, which we really appreciated!! The breakfast that was included in the price consisted in vouchers to a local cafe, which was quite bad.

Good location, walking distance to metro station. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Clean room, comfortable beds and pillows, a shared kitchen area with fridge and microwave. Our host provided all the instructions for a smooth check in beforehand, and also it was very kind of him, that let us leave luggages while we are spending our last day in the city.

The host is very helpful and friendly, location is great, the room is okay for the price, nothing special but functional, everything was great.

Great location, good facilities, clean, and a great host A hot shower must be short because it may be that it turns cooler after some time. Not that important but good to know.
