Hotel Pagoda

The location of the aircond is weird. Too hot for a speciifc bed.

Very nice staff, clean, close to restaurants and shopping near by. A short walk to public transportation, but there is a lot to do within walking distance. Everything was very clean, there was just a lot of mold on the ceiling of the shower room. The ceiling is very high, for the height and size I think is very difficult to get a ladder inside and maneuver.

The older gentleman who works in the evening is very amiable. The dorm bed space feels larger and nicer after having stayed in many other real capsule type hotels. This place is kept very clean, the dorm room especially. There is a lounge area for cooking, etc, I didn’t use it except to have a coffee and a snack. Something of interest is that classical music is played in the entrance lobby, which I liked. Also the location was super for my needs, so close to the historical sites I needed to see. N/a

4th floor ladies bathroom was absolutely covered in black mold. I felt very uncomfortable with it and unsafe breathing the air in there. Otherwise this stay would’ve been perfect.

This hotel has an amazing location—just step outside and you might spot deer wandering nearby, which was such a unique and lovely experience. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself is well-equipped, with clean and modern facilities throughout. While the overall environment of the hotel is very pleasant, the female dormitory has a few drawbacks. Each bed doesn’t have curtains, so there’s little privacy, and when the lights are turned off for sleeping, it can be disruptive for those with different schedules. The room itself is quite small—once suitcases are open, there’s barely any space to move around. Also, the dormitory is next to an open terrace, so conversations from outside can sometimes be heard and may disturb rest.

Great location, we had an enormous room with a very big bathroom. The bathroom had a bit of strange smell but I think it’s understandable for an old building especially for the price you’re paying. They have a small reception that closes in the night and receptionist were not the friendliest people but it was overall okay.

This my second time saty there, and it is always great! Excellent location, price and staff :) Will stay there again for the next time :)

The location is fantastic, very close to the park, lots of food options and shops. The room was very large and the beds were comfy. The staff at the front desk were lovely. The amenities were lacking and the bathroom was very old. It’s also a bit of a walk from the train station.

Hotel bit old, pretty cold in rooms and in one of them the AC didn't work.

Excellent location, close to main attractions of the city. Nice balcony with morning sun. Would have been nice to have a small cupboard to put one's small things and handbag in

Clean and cosy room which accommodated our family of 7. Location was in a quiet spot and there was good privacy for us. Having our own dedicated carpark space at the hotel was also very helpful. Toilet was very big and perhaps some of the space can be reconverted into living space.

it gives a sketchy feeling, especially with the weird layout. can't put it in words. I personally think that it mismatched a bit of it's cost.

Very Basic, but enough for just sleeping, shower, etc :)

was a traditional japanese room and the staff very extremely gentle :) i recommend staying here, really quite and nice place to stay the alleys were a little too dark

Great located and very affordable for what it is. Nothing more to wish for - literally what you pay for and it’s very fair
