Great room, great location very nice and helpful stuff

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast waffles were excellent. Location was prime. Parking is in a separate location due to renovations.

Advertised dining options (restaurant or bar) were not available. Despite arriving early on a Saturday evening I needed to leave the property to get a meal

Other than the really good breakfast and the 1 friendly staff member at the reception there isn’t much good to say about this hotel. Let’s start by the fact that they tried to convince us that we had booked a different room than the one on our Booking.com app clearly listed and had to ask repeatedly to be given the correct room. Or the fact that there is a sign that says that dinner is served until 21:30 but at 20:30 they stop serving. Or the fact that they have signs everywhere selling the Arctic train but when you go to buy it they tell you they don’t sell it there. The staff are generally grumpy or unfriendly, but above all they are unhelpful. We really can’t find a good reason to stay at this hotel.

Other than the really good breakfast and the one friendly staff member there isn’t much nothing good to say about this hotel Starting with the check-in, where they tried to convince us that we had booked a smaller room than what are booking reference, clearly listed, or the fact that the restaurant lists a serving dinner until 2130 but at 2030 they wouldn’t serve us anymore, or the fact that although signage indicated they sold several tours when asked to buy one they told us they didn’t sell it. (the funny part is the signs for the tours were right next to the person telling us they didn’t know what we were talking about), or the fact that they didn’t clean our room two days in a row, even though we requested specifically to have them cleaned. There is really not a good reason to stay at this property..

as expected from well known hotel chain. everything is good. the breakfast have many options and most of them are delicious. very comfortable beds. good location (near the bus terminal) with the mountain in front of our window.

The front desk staff gentleman, (wish I could recall his name) was exceptionally helpful and friendly, he made sure I didn't miss my bus by checking on me as I waited in the lobby and was very patient and informative when answering my 2 billion instrusive questions. Give him a raise! Great buffet breakfast, ideal location to food and shopping. All good, great deal for the price. Small rooms but doable.

No sauna

Location was very nice. Can reach the train station by walk in 12-15mins and many restaurants in the vicinity. Rooms are of decent size and Breakfast spread is fine if accessed early morning. Twin beds are not very comfy as its mattresses set up over structure. Not even a phone in the room so if you need some housekeeping facilities you need to go down to the reception.

The restaurant was closed due to a huge tour bus coming in. I had to find an open restaurant late in the evening which wasn't easy.

Had an excellent breakfast there. Also it is very convenient and interesting to see the war museum. I think they should offer free parking.

We had a good stay and we were happy staying in the center of town and amazing views from the windows. Staff in the reception were very happy to help and advise. Breakfasts were very nice. Here and there a little bit of simple maintenance would be necessary. In the first room (out of two that we were renting) doors were not locking if additional force to pull them in was not applied, in the second doors were creaking loudly. Very minor things but when having two kids running from room to room very often caused a little problem for us.
