The location of the hotell is nearby the skiing slopes and 2 grocery stores are very close to the proximity of the hotell. Breakfast was really good and the personell was very friendly. The room was very dirty. The carpet was not vaccumed properly in a very long time. Under the expandable sofa there was a huge amount of garbage from previous clients and dust. In the evening time on the hallways it was very noisy. The beds were really uncomfortable to sleep in. Probably the beds exceded their lifespan a long time ago. For the price and hotell rating you would expect better conditions. In the bathroom you could feel a strong smell of urine and there was hair in the shower drain. We stayed in room 214.

I have never met such rude staff. The room was dirty. Grey scratchy towels. Didn’t have contents as advertised eg robes kettle. Had coffee machine but pods not replaced and no milk or sugar. Was advertised to have free parking but parking camera and machine to pay. Staff refused to help or take responsibility. When coach load of people stayed the breakfast was not replenished for those after. Appointment made to speak to manager but no one turned up. Head of reception would not disclose her name and was making communication impossible. “If you don’t like the hotel you can leave” was her comment. 3 other couples were trying to make comments/complaints at the same time as us.

Huge breakfast with everything! The room had a nice size. The views of the mountain. The friendly staff at the front desk. Thin walls, doors banging loudly. Unfortunate teenage kids going in and out all saturday night and banging the doors. No bueno.

The one lady who was cleaning up after breakfast was extremely friendly. The location was excellent. Considering it was a 4-star hotel, the facilities didn’t meet the standards. The were no workout facilities and the room was quite basic. The refridgerator in our room wasn’t working. The employees were hard to get to.

Room was unbearably hot. Reception staff was not able to do anything about it. Summer weather cannot be a surprise if you run a hotel. Breakfast was understaffed and hence there were no greens or fruits at all, that's what they said. All in all, seemed like management had decided to make the most profit during the peak season regardless of customer comfort.
