Property was maintained very clean and everything was upto date They are not at all flexible for checkout time all hotel have checkout at 12noon and they have at 11am and they dont even give you 5 10min buffer from 10:30am they will start calling you and chase you for check out i request them till 12noon and they were like no means no if i would have been aware of this i would have never booked it at first place

The intercom doesn’t work, and the power backup situation is terrible. Whenever there are power fluctuations (which happen quite often), the electricity in the room keeps going on and off, making it impossible to use anything properly. What’s worse is that if you’re asleep and the power goes off and comes back on, the AC turns off and doesn’t restart automatically — meaning you have to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it back on. Get ready for sleepless nights! For the price they charge, this is completely unacceptable. When I raised this issue with the reception, their response was basically, “We can’t do anything; you can write a review if you want.” Also, the so-called “live shows” are only enjoyable if you manage to get a seat in the open garden area. If you’re sitting in the restaurant, you won’t get to experience much of it. Overall, there are multiple better options available in this price range. I personally would not recommend staying here, unless you don’t mind losing sleep.

The room was quite spacious and all the amenities provided. The service was very prompt. All in all, a very nice, peaceful and wonderful stay.

The location and food (breakfast as well as on the menu) were amazing. Special shout out to the staff who are incredible. The room is really great. The staff are doing great job doing regular cleaning, but it just needs a little deep cleaning from time to time for the long run.

Very clean tidy all amenities were there plus very cosy comfortable stay. Very nice polite staff, some stuff went out of their way to help us even . Overall a very pleasant experience.

Reception staff was co operative. Hotel premises is clean Hotel restaurant serves tasty food,lavish breakfast. Helpfully staff. Only complain I have is side sofa nd chairs need deep cleaning. Overall happy with my stay at the hotel

Very close to highway and worth the money with all the amenities and cleanliness. It was perfect. The receptionist was not welcoming probably because we had booked from booking.com

I have Visited on 18th Jan 2025,For a night. Staff on the reception desk at the time of check in and out were really helpful,polite and understanding. All helping staff were keen to help u at every step. Bathroom were clean and hygienic. Hotel has sitting area on 3floor also. Breakfast was lavish.Restaurant service was great. Pool water was clean. Decent interior and nice ambiance. Dinner ordered was really tasty,Soya chaps were mouth watering. So over all its really good experience. Room needs some deep cleaning in corners specially where sofa chairs are kept. When u pull out chairs in order to seat covers were having stains nd floor was clean
