Hotel is located centrally and offers a reasonable stay, the rooms are well appointed and offer all basic aminities. Extra folding bed is available on request, rooms don't have openable windows (just incase you are a fresh breeze lover). The breakfast is sumtous with limited options. No cappachino available, incase you are a fan of good, strong coffee you will be disappointed. Staff at breakfast was cooperative and responsive - special mention to Ashwini who served us well. Dinner was a part of the package that we chose, very average dinner. Disappointing for a 3 star hotel. I was allotted a room where the gally was been renovated, there was dirt and muck in the walkways. I guess another room / floor could have been allotted. Response from the reception needs to be upped, I felt it to be understaffed and slow - especially in the evening time when requesting water bottles took almost 30mins before the bottles arrived (had to remind them twice) And yes Rs99 for a single Pappas, I of course paid but this was disappointing and I did not see the same mentioned in the menu either.

location is good but lil far... service was really good .. staff was sensible enough that if someone has asked for extra bed then along with that he brought extra towel and dental kit.. Good training... good gesture by staff breakfast could be lil better... cup cakes were dry seems same things are put, sambhar was too sour... ... however sunday breakfast was good but cup cakes were the same...

Location to the SIOM University. It was on the main road. Had a walking park in front of the hotel. Access to vehicle was easy. Parking space was available. The entire team was courteous. We had a great breakfast and great food. Great Stay. Not Applicable.

There was boot polish machine on 3 rd floor which was not working. But when I put my boot the machine cut my boot. Heavy loos to me. If machine not working, either they remove or put board.
