Quiet Nothing

It’s a great hotel away from the busyness of downtown. I’ll stay here again when I go back to Nashville.

The location was great. I reported the window shade not working and they offered to fix it but no one ever came. I also reported a drain fly issue in the room and the staff didn't seem concerned at all. I swatted about 10! drain flies during my stay.

The staff was the best thing about the property

Cool little spot near plenty of places to eat, pool was clean kids loved it. Not far from downtown at all.

The only real problem was both of the blinds in our room were broken and didn't work at all.

The hotel was clean The lights in our room did nothing but flicker, and half the time did not work. The bedsheets kept coming off while sleeping or even sitting on the bed. The smoke alarm went off at midnight.

It was a good price and nice room It was pet friendly. I have an allergy to dogs and had to take meds to prevent allergy incidents. Did not realize this hotel was pet friendly.

My second trip to Nashville, and I've stayed at the same hotel. My goal is to visit Nashville once more this year, and Aloft will be my hotel of choice. First room better than the second, but third time's a charm. Poor room location, and people above were noisy. Not enough to change my mind that this is the hotel of choice for me.

There was no hand soap at the sink, room was nice and clean though.
