Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Nashville Airport, TN

Unfortunately room cleanliness is not a priority and for this I will not stay here again.

Wonderful shuttle driver promptly picked us up from the airport. Very friendly staff. Being able to shuttle to the airport, leave our car at the hotel for parking in a safe location & shuttle back is great. All staff very friendly and helpful.

This was an exceptional place to stay especially for the price. Room was clean- probably one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in, bed was comfortable, everything in the room was in good condition. The house keeping staff were so nice and incredibly helpful. The front desk staff was also helpful, the shuttle service easy to use. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. They also had a free breakfast that was decent.

Very close to the Airport, maybe 4 minutes away. Airport Shuttle makes things easier for people. Clean Rooms (on the smaller side). Not too loud. I think it is lame that you have to pay $5 to park in the parking lot, that left a bad taste in my mouth. Why not include that in the Hotel cost? You have to scan a qr code, enter all of your vehicle information, enter payment information, at 2:00am its pretty obnoxious.

It was fine

It is a nice hotel and pleasant place to stay if traveling out of the airport in Nashville. They have a shuttle service as well as allow you to park your car while your gone for a small fee.

I never had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel. Moments after making my reservation, I discovered I had entered the wrong date, but was not permitted to cancel or change it even though I would not be in their city on that date. Since I had not purchased cancellation insurance, they were within their rights to refuse cancellation, but that sort of rigidity is not something I am willing to accept from a service business, and I will not be staying there in the future.

Convenient to the airport,has a shuttle, clean, good breakfast. Have stayed many times . Only downside is charging for parking

No where to hang anything in the bathroom. Parking was difficult and it costs! Spaces are very narrow and very limited. The room was still on the dark side. Needs better lighting. On the good side. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was easy to sleep in. Also had two breakfasts while there. Both times it was good. Even had a choice of teas.

Great stay. Staff was helpful. shuttle was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Front desk was not very friendly, fan in bathroom ran constantly with a slight whistle and no way to turn it off.

Honestly, a little disappointed. Hotel was just ok, staff was just ok. Didn't feel welcoming, just felt like a place to sleep. TV channels were fuzzy (only local stations), room was dark basic and dated, a bit smelly. Shower had the tiniest shelf ive ever seen anywhere and a single towel hook in the whole bathroom. Everything basic. Breakfast was pretty good. Prob would not stay here again unless it was significantly cheaper than other options.

No grab bars in the shower. Gravy for biscuits tasted like glue. Shuttle to airport was turned over to Holiday Inn and was late arriving at the hotel. Arrival staff was less than helpful.

It was quiet at night which I appreciated. Room was very clean. Only thing I saw wrong was one of the white towels looked like someone had stepped on it with a dirty shoe and then put it back for our use. I know it wasn’t me because I was in socks when I pulled it out. Other than that, the room was great.

That situation was frustrating at first, but I do want to give credit where it's due. The matter was handled professionally, and the hotel ultimately resolved it appropriately by returning my deposit. I appreciated that they reviewed the situation and made things right. Despite that misunderstanding, I enjoyed my stay and found the accommodations to be nice and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.
